Our ac fan motor seized up, I noticed a noise then the house started heating up. I called at 11am and Johnny came, replaced the part and left by 12:30. He checked the entire ac system while he was here and said that he found it to be working properly. Good vibe with the phone call and also with Johnny. Good people here, would highly recommend. I was a contractor for many years so I know how different this experience could've went. Happy to have these guys in my contacts.

Mike and Cary have been very helpful. Great communication and pricing. They will install a 3ton trane unit to replace my 11yr old one. I have confidence they will do an excellent job. ***UPDATE: Mica and Hadie completed the install and everything seems to be working great. Mica also replaced my old return air grille. This is the second time having True North do pre-season system check/maintenance and both times have been great experiences. Mike makes it very convenient to schedule the work and Johnny was very professional and helpful when he was here. It’s nice that I was able to have the same person two years in a row. My AC stopped working on Sunday. I feel bad for calling people on the weekend so I waited till Monday. On Monday I had a company come out to look at the AC. I told them exactly what happened when I was doing my preliminary check. The guy diagnosed it as a need of replacement of entire unit. When the technician touched the electrical box connected to the unit the AC turned on. And still told me I needed an entire unit. I did not quite believe that it was a unit considering it turned on by touching the electrical disconnect. When true North showed up they actually listened to what I said and did the same thing and got the same results the technician replaced the electrical disconnect and the unit has worked correctly since.

Our 15+ year-old AC leaked and the 2 home warranty repair shops gave us 3 different repair diagnoses. After getting 5 quotes, we went with True North for several reasons. Price was lower than the other 4 quotes (for similar products.) Most impressive is TN's 3-year labor warranty. The others offered only 1 or 2 years. The other shops were more established and 4-5 star businesses, while TN's been in business 3+ years (and appears to be going strong). Note, however, all the others had some negative reviews on the BBB site. Also appreciative they were able to do the installation last minute due to another customer's special equipment delay. (Thanks, Mike !) Almost went with a competitor, but the stellar reviews, lower price and longer warranty sold me. Timing was just icing on the cake ! On D-Day, I covered up as much as I could to minimize cleanup. I was expecting the crew to cover up the carpeting right under the ladder. This was not done, so some loose insulation fell here and there, but not much of a mess. Attic access was tight and they disassembled the bigger pieces and re-assembled them in the attic, so there were some scuff marks around the wooden attic trim. I'm grateful they dis-assembled the big pieces instead of attempting to squeeze the bigger pieces, removing (and then & fixing/replacing) the attic trim. I'd say that the small cleaning-up inconvenience was sell worth the trade-off of savings (over $1,000 from the nearest competitor). I'd make the same choice if I had a re-do. We are loving our new AC and notice it's cooling much faster than our old clunker. Great job ! Definitely get a quote before signing with another shop.

Would never use anyone else! These guys came in clutch multiple times! Are AC went out midsummer and response time was immediate, they were able to switch out my unit temporarily so we didn't have to go two weeks without AC and then got me a great deal on a new unit. Installation and set up was flawless

AC went out late afternoon. Called for service and job was completed within 3 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service from start to finish. Would definitely use their services again!

True North did an absolutely amazing job fixing a valve in my air conditioning. I had another company come out and do a diagnostic which they charged $80 for then estimated me an absurd amount. True North came out and charged $0 for a diagnostic and did the repair for $1,400 less!!! Incredible service. I am pleased to say the least!
