Heater stopped working and within a couple hours they were at my house and fixed the issue on a Sunday. Technician was awesome and peace of mind is returned without costing a lot. All around great service and I’m a happy customer. Thank you!

All too often people call the big tv advertising companies, my husband and I always search locally first. Contacted True North, set an appointment for same day service, even though we figured it would cost more. Well it didn't. The service technician was so pleasant, professional, explained everything, finished in less time than expected and, the cost wasn't near what I planned on paying.
No I am not being paid for this review, no I am not related to anyone with the company, up until today, I didn't know a single soul associatrd with True North. I will stick with True North from here on.

Contacted True North because of their good reviews and they are well deserved. I had a corner room that was warmer than the other nearby rooms. True North came out and assessed the situation and made a couple recommendations. The repair certainly helped and made that room more comfortable. Throughout the process True North communicated very well and we’re very professional. If I have any future HVAC needs I will be calling True North.

Great company A+++! Look no further, seriously. If you value trust, honesty and professionalism from a company, and are looking who to spend your hard earned $$$ on, then use True North AC! I contacted Mike via phone which went to voicemail but in the voicemail message he says to text, which got me an immediate response. He sent Johnny out to my home and immediately diagnosed the issue and got my AC up and running. Johnny is master of his craft and his customs and courtesies is above reproach. Johnny always made sure to text or call when he was on his way. Mike is very responsive which is always appreciated. I have nothing bad to say about them. True North AC has earned my trust.

We found our go to AC maintenance / repair company FOR GOOD. These guys are dependable, professional and honest. I highly recommend True North to anyone in need of any AC service or repair. Today, Johnny serviced our 2 units and mini split. He was incredibly professional and very prompt with the service. He diagnosed our issue immediately and corrected it on the spot. I own a large therapy private practice and we were having some bad AC issues with our offices. Went through several AC companies and they were sub-par experiences. Found True North and have used them multiple times and more recently for a more expensive job. Every time True North sent a guy named Johnny and it has been 5-star service. Johnny always comes when they say he will, is the friendliest, kindest and most respectful person. It's a challenge to do work for us when we have 12 therapists in sessions 6 days a week and he still managed to navigate the AC issues without disrupting client sessions. He has always been fair and never tried to "sell" us anything. Just gave us the options and the pros and cons to each option. Not to mention my communication with Johnny's boss (maybe the owner?). He is the quickest and most responsive HVAC person I have ever met! It really means a lot to us as the comfort of the air makes a HUGE impact of clients therapeutic sessions. if it is too hot or too cold it can really affect a client's ability to do mental health work. They have been a blessing to us!

I left a message overnight and heard back in the very early AM. Mike came out first thing and repaired our problem quickly and was honest, direct and helpful. The price was very reasonable. Service this good is hard to find. Good people and quality work. I highly recommend.

We had a very good experience with True North Air Conditioning. Our a/c went out in the middle of the summer. They were quick to get out and give us a very competitive quote. We love our new system and have already noticed the savings. Highly recommend!

We had a AC unit go out. After speaking with true North and exploring the options we made the decision to not just replace the 1 unit but both the units at our Home. We decided to Upgrade the Tonnage and Efficiency. We were also able to fix hotter parts of our home by adding additional updraft locations. This team was on time and delivered exactly what they promised. I had 4 quotes and True North was not only the mort reasonable but the offered the best most power efficient products for the cost. I have used True North since I moved to Arizona 2 years ago. Johnny is professional, shows up as promised. Johnny is knowledgeable and explains things to me about my system so that I can understand the technology. True North has had the various parts I have needed in stock and available same day installation.
