Called them on a Saturday and they were able to come out and diagnose the problem. They had to order the part but came back when they said and were even able to fix another part that needed to be replaced that day. So appreciate their communication on the day of the repair!

Shuttle was very communicative, professional and friendly. In the middle of the summer in AZ there is a dearth of AC repairmen but these guys did their best to get out to us as soon as possible.

Fantastic Experience! Everything that you want and nothing you don't need. Simple Google search led me to them with great reviews and proximity to my house. Not more than 10 min after booking the owner calls to confirm and go over details. Covered cost and states it was all inclusive no matter how many vent we had. I did the whole home vent cleaning, sanitizer/deodorizer, and dryer vent cleaning. Chris was my technician and was running late due to traffic, he called at multiple intervals to keep me apprised of his arrival time. (Appreciated). Even though Chris showed up late and it was at the end of the day, he never seemed rushed to get the job done so he could get home. He stayed he was hired to do a job and he will take long as it needs to do the job right. It showed! He took down every vent great and cleaned thoroughly with an non toxic / pleasant smelling spray. He then took the brush/vacuum combo and worked it deep into the system and made 4-6 passes both forward and reverse to knock all the loose debris out. He videoed the process and showed me before and after work. The sanitizer/ deodorizer was next and had a pleasant but stronger smell that only lasted a couple days as it worked it's was through the system. Chris was very communicative and took time to explain the process. The overall process was great and I will continue to use them for all of future needs related to my central air system. I had the team from Shuttle Air out to install a Nest thermostat. They found that the current wiring was not sufficient for the new setup and had to run a whole new line to the HVAC on the roof. They had the new wiring in and the system up and running after about an hour. Great job and will definitely use again. Thanks!

I was very pleased the the entire experience working with Suttle Air. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and showed up when they said. The work they did was completed in a timely manner and did not take as long or require extra materials. They adjusted by invoice to a lower amount. I will definately use them in the the future.
