Justin, my technician, did a fantastic job. He was here on time and worked quickly to get my air back up and running. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it in an easy to understand way. The dispatch was also quick to response to my service contract call, they set up a fast appointment and kept me updated via text on where my technician was and when they would arrive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I found Suttle while searching no BBB for a highly rated company to come do my duct cleaning. I was so happy I called Suttle. They did a great job on the ducts, were extremely clean and quick. And they also informed me of an issue with our A/C system. I decided to stay with Suttle and have their A/C people come check it out. Again, glad I did. They found the issue and saved me a ton of money. They are honest and reliable. They are now my go-to A/C people.

They came out to inspect my AC for a home warranty claim. The first tech said he might have heard something in the compressor but wasn't certain since my unit wouldn't recreate the issue again (it literally never does on command, this is the 3rd company to try) He sent his recommendations to my warranty company. They told me nothing was wrong and I disputed so Suttle Air came back out. They came out same day for the call back. I believe it was the owner. He was very thorough and did everything he could to try to document the issue to send to my warranty company. Unfortunately it's an intermittent issue and he wasn't able to recreate it to diagnose either. He even did the most in depth inspection process they offer. They did way more then any other company that has come to my house to date for this issue. The explained everything very thoroughly and never once tried to upset me for anything. I would recommend this company if you're looking for fast and reliable.

Had a great experience and will definitely use them again. They came out to clean my dryer vent which had been clogged. Their truck broke down that day, but they got another vehicle and still made the appointment. The job was super quick and professional. Great experience!

We attempted to clean our dryer duct ourselves and the brush broke inside the duct ! We were in a time crunch because our new washer and dryer were being delivered in the afternoon. When I called I got the owner inadvertently and he was so kind . He got his guys out to us in thirty minutes. They were awesome !

James came out and checked out our air conditioner that we're having problems with. He's then going to work with our home warranty to see about getting the repairs covered. He diagnosed the problems took pictures and is sending me all the information as well as sending it to my home warranty. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to everyone.
