James Suttle and the crew at Suttle air are my go to HVAC vendor. They service my rental portfolio in Phoenix. They are responsive, schedule quickly, professional and provide excellent value for their service whether it’s a quick trip, repair/replace part or a whole AC system. They are tech savvy and communicate in a respectful and transparent manner. I’m very please with James and team and highly recommend them.

My experience with contractors sent by my home warranty is spotty, but I am very pleased with Suttle Air. Justin was on time, professional and communicated very step of the way. He located the problem and did a temporary repair to get the unit operating until the warranty company approves the part. I’m very happy with their work!
