Absolutely fantastic and professional service! They were great at communication & had a quick turnaround time. Our appointment went super smoothly and they even sent us video/photos of our vents the evening after they finished the job. We will definitely be using them again & recommending them to everyone we know.

These guys are great! Honest, on time, professional. A few days after they cleaned our air ducts, we had an issue with our heater. They were chatting back and forth with me after 8pm and were getting someone out the next morning. We appreciate the flexibility and help!

I highly recommend Suttle Air, James was straight forward with his work and pricing and didn't try to upsell anything. He gave his honest feedback on both a/s systems and next steps. His company also does air duct cleaning and Chris did a great job of communicating the whole process as he was working through the house and letting me know what he would see within the ducts. I liked that I got text messages when they were in route as well as a completion of work.

Suttle Air were professional, easy to deal with, and they came and did an excellent job cleaning out the dryer vents. We arrange to have them do multiple units in our Association and the planning and communicating went well. Highly recommend.

From my first contact with James to get information and pricing to the time James and Dustin walked out my door after cleaning our air ducts, was nothing short of a great experience. Well informed, not pushy and easy to talk to from that first contact. The communication with me prior to their arrival was appreciated letting me know who would be arriving and when they were on there way. They also took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why during their steps through the process. They were very conscious that I was doing some work from home and would make sure I was not on the phone when they were ready to start up their machines if they had been off for a while. They ensured the areas they were working with were protected and cleaned up outside of those parameters when they finished in an area. They also are providing me with a full report with pictures (that they shared with me as they were working) and offered suggestions on things that can be done to ensure the quality of air in our home without pushing a hard sell. Definitely worth giving them a call! Will be calling them when we need work in the future! Thanks James and Dustin!

I highly recommend Suttle Air. I submitted a request for servicing my dryer vent and James called me within minutes. He and his coworker happened to have just finished a job near my home so they were able to come right then, which was awesome! They were friendly, straightforward and what really impressed me was how they went the extra mile to take video and pictures of some issues on our roof, something that we wouldn’t be aware of otherwise, and could have caused some major issues if not taken care of. I asked James if he knew any roofing companies he could recommend and he emailed those over to me shortly after the job was done. He also emailed me pics and videos of the dryer vent cleaning as well as the issues with the roof. James did not have to take the time to address the issues with the roof that he noticed, and, several other professionals did not notify us of these issues when attending to our roof and A/C unit. I would highly recommend James and Sutter Air for his professionalism, work ethic, conscientiousness and efficiency. Super impressed, will use for all future jobs and recommend to all my friends and family.
