I would give them more stars if I could. Communication was excellent from start to finish. James and Dustin were on time and very professional. They showed a great deal of respect for our home and did an nice job.

The guys at Suttle Air were super courteous and professional while cleaning the air ducts in my home. I work from home and they made sure I wasn't interrupted in the least. They were efficient and I feel so much better knowing my air quality is now improved after their work.

James came to address some concerns. There was nothing wrong with my unit, so he left it alone! 5 stars for not BSing me!

Justin came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. We had our fan replaced for a reasonable price and it’s been working well since! He also answered all my questions and was helpful with making sure everything else was running smoothly. Will likely use them again for future needs.

This company was responsive from start to finish. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and the project got more complicated after they got started. The technicians were courteous and communicated well. They described what they were going to do as they got there, they informed me of the issues they encountered and what they were going to do to resolve them. They definitely exceeded my expectations!

Max was great explaining things in language I could understand.

I definitely recommend cleaning with Suttle Air. They came in and got right to work and made the vents and ducts look and smell fabulous. They even found some other minor issues that they were able to resolve as well. Our house builders were a bit lazy and/or didn’t like doing things the correct way and cut corners, so it’s nice to know companies and professionals like suttle air that are honest and reliable.
