I called over the weekend and I spoke to James and he came out immediately. Our AC unit stopped working. He was super nice and professional. He fixed my A/C hiccup and we had our AC UNIT working right away. Would highly recommend and use them in the future. Thank you! 🤙🏻

Great service with good communication from start to finish.
Justin found our problem with the heater and fixed it (loose wire) and he also did some other checking up on the system so we're good to go into the summer now. He was friendly and on time.
When I'd called a day or two before the appointment, it was about 10 minutes until closing. The owner, I think his name is James, answered the phone and we had a nice conversation, keeping him past 5pm (quittin' time). He said he didn't mind and that's part of customer service.
The price is good ($75 house call) and they honor the military by giving a 10% discount to those who've served. I appreciate that greatly.
There are many to choose from, go ahead and choose Suttle Air, they'll do it right and honestly.

I called James last minute on a Sunday because no heat was blowing out of my vents. James arrived himself. He fixed my thermostat and my heat. He also gave me all the reports. Honest straight up guy. I recommend Suttle Air 👍.

The company was very professional along with the A/C repair man James. Came knew exactly what was were v fix it and gave an update. All other appointments were a week away and they were able to help me out on a Saturday.

Austin and crew are great. They were very professional, competent and knowledgeable on our job. They cleaned our vents, kept our furniture clean, did a great job, and we would use them again.

We contacted suttle Air @ 9AM for a furnace issue. By 1 PM they arrived, diagnosed the issue, and in 30 minutes time the issue was resolved…… Suttle Air is exceptionally professional.
