Suttle Air

We had Suttle Air out this morning to clean our ducts as well as our dryer vent and we are more than pleased with their service! We will have them back for my work that needs to be done at our home. Very professional, on time and extremely clean! Both service men were very personable and thorough in their work. Will recommend them to our friends and family for sure!

The guys from Suttle Air were on time and super nice. They worked well together and got everything done in a timely manner. Will certainly have them come out again and keep maintenance on our AC unit.

James came to repair my thermostat. Not once was he friendly towards me. Most of the time he was yelling about how he hates nest thermostats. He put very little effort in to find the solution. He was unsuccessful at repairing the thermostat. He suggested that he would not charge me and I agreed, respectfully voicing my concerns that regardless I would not pay for the service due to the little effort he put in to troubleshoot it and his refusal to send another technician. He then developed a hostile attitude towards me. I’m forever grateful for one of the maintenance team members from my apartment building being present and witnessing his hostile attitude and lack of effort. I would never let James in my apartment again. If you’re a woman that’s home alone, do not trust this man!

James and Dustin are a fantastic team. They are timely, hard-working, and very kind. The job was carried out professionally and they left the areas spotless. Everything we needed to know was thoroughly explained. We couldn't be happier with their service.

Although we didn’t need much work done i felt like Justin ( technician that arrived to check a potential issue ) was very knowledgeable and honest. Their fee for a service call was also fair and they checked out both of our units , gave a detailed report - unlike other big companies who charge for just saying hello and try to rip you off.

James inspected my a/c unit . He was very friendly & informative.

My AC has been having problems since I bought the house just over a year ago. Everyone has been telling me that I just need to replace it but unfortunately I can’t afford that right now. Mario came in and was fantastic. He gave us some affordable options with warranty‘s and got my system back up and running. It’s nice and cold again and not 85°. I highly recommend them if you’re having any issues. I called Saturday afternoon, and they were able to get me in Sunday at noon.

Their office was super responsive and got me on the schedule within the same week that I called in and Chris, the tech that came out to do the service, was very thorough, tidy and an all around great guy.
