've been a customer of Monster air for a few years now. I needed a new unit initially, and not only were they the best price, they know how to treat their customers! I highly recommend Monster Air!

Chris and his guys are awesome! Responsive and quick, almost like they are super heros, you know the Punisher or something like that. 100% recommended!

Monster came out to fix a leak on my AC upstairs airhandler. Rather than fix the leak they caused new (electrical) problems with the unit. Despite having been out to my house 3 times (!) the unit is still leaking and now also has additional issues. Rather than come and fix the leak and the issues they caused they called me a Friday afternoon and told me they are walking away from this project citing “difficult work environment”. I now will need to call another company to come out and fix the leak and the issues Monster caused. Unbelievable. Monster is clearly a company that does not stand behind its work.

George came right on time, as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Luckily it was a quick fix. He was out in 20 min and my a/c worked great!

I just wanted to say monster air was soooo incredible. I was with out air contiooning for 5 days. Jessie came and fixed it turns out it was the breaker in the attic. Nathan from the other company the other guy came and never checked my attic or never checked the temp on my vents. But, Jessie stayed here for 45 min and waited to make sure everything was fine! She went above and beyond and saved me literally! Today was the day I would of completely lost it if it weren’t for her. Thank you sooo so much Jessie.

Excellent service with competitive prices. Above all their technicians actually know what they're doing. Hard to find experience in the valley like that!

Condensation not draining properly. Technician George investigated and repaired problem and informed me what the problem was and what he did to correct it. He was very polite and professional.
