Asked them to do just a regular Seasonal Maintenance. Normally a Service Maintenance is under a $100. They charged extra for cleaning coil and Rnd Run Cap. Total was $351. Next day the air conditioner did not work, so they came out charged another service fee $79, purge drain $129, thermostat $190. I did receive a partial credit for prior service ($45). This air conditioner is only 8 years old, still under warranty. Every year I have done a Seasonal Cleaning. I find it very hard to believe it needed all that work. Especially when it was running fine and just requested a seasonal cleaning.

Follow up - Yes, I did request a quote, when they came back for a 2nd visit, never received a call. My property management told them to call me before starting repairs.

Our ac went out so I called Brandi at monster air. They showed up an hour after I called them and had our ac running with in a half hour. George was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend monster air to anyone needing ac service.

After the initial HVAC tech reviewed our unit, technicians were sent out within a few days to repair our unit. Turns out the initial tech didn't measure the space correctly, and the second techs had to get a different unit to fit our space days later. The second techs repairing the unit were professional and did a good job. At no point did I receive a call before these appointments which I was told I would receive. After the unit was repaired, I was told our old unit and associated trash would be picked up that day or early next day. It's now 3 days later and 7-8 phone calls later and the trash is still sitting in our front yard. Very unreliable company with poor communication and follow through. Only good part was the actual HVAC techs and the front desk woman was friendly. Would not recommend, quite the headache of a company there are definitely better ac repair companies out there. Will update once they actually complete their job.

I highly recommend this company that I have used for a number of years. I have used them for rental properties, as well as my personal home. They are very prompt. They will not try and upsell you something you do not need, finding a company like that these days is difficult. Monster Air is awesome. It's so hard to find good help these days and Monster Air is both Honest and Knowledgeable. I've hard air conditioning people try to scam me in the past and it's hard to know who to trust. I'm not big on posting reviews but I'm an old man who's old school and I believe that Good Work should be rewarded. I can honestly say that Monster Air will be the only guys working on my system.

I called them on monday , when I got home from errands . I worked the following Tuesday. I sent up an appointment for Tuesday while I was at work. . They called and texted me with every step of work that was done . . Called me when the job was completed and waited for me to get off work to complete the transaction. . When i got home my house was nice and cool . . Thought it was the compressor fan motor . They looked over my unit and told me it was only a fan capacitor. . They fixed my problem and didn't lie to make more money and did my repair efficiently and quickly and under what i thought it would cost . I've known Chris and Brandon a while. . Good honest guys
