Called Monster Air with a problem with my air conditioning on my home that’s only a couple years old. They came out right away and was honest that it was an install problem with the company who installed the unit in the attic when house was built. I called that company and it was covered under their warranty.

I really appreciated the honesty and promptness of their tech coming out.

I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if your looking for a family owned business who cares about their customers and integrity.

Dan came out for follow up on a concern we had with our new HVAC install. Concern was addressed quickly and he was on his way.

Called in for our business, very fast response time, quick diagnostics, quality repair. Had service done on our swamp cooler units to our shop. Went from no air flow with what little air we had that was hot. Now blowing nice and cool and I have happy techs turning wrenches again. Great crew will absolutely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called and they sent out an experienced technician the same day! The customer service couldn't have been better and their prices were reasonable. I will be using Monster Air again.

Our AC was blowing warm air and I called first thing Sunday morning and someone answered, was friendly and encouraging. The technician, George was out within a few hours. George was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He had our issue fixed and running within 40 minutes. We are very pleased with Monster Air and would highly recommend them.
