We called Farrell Mechanical LLC out to do our yearly maintenance, and noticed at the time of the call that the temperature of the air conditioning dropped. When they came out and explain to us what issues we were experiencing, they gave us an opportunity to discuss and decide if we’re able to proceed. They were able to come out as quickly as possible repair and maintain both units and we are extremely satisfied.

Kevin and his son were wonderful! They were so polite. They were here most of the day installing a new a/c unit and there was no inconvenience at all. They were efficient and professional, even taking the time to vacuum up debris at the end of the day! Highly Recommend Farrell Mechanical! 🙂

Farrell Mechanical did the install (my heat pump) 10 years ago. I have a yearly service contract with them. I feel confident every time I do business with this company.

We had an AC problem last August and Ferrell Mechanical respond immediately and solved the problem the next day. They communicated the necessary repair and it was cleanly and efficiently accomplished at a very reasonable cost. I’ve now signed up for bi-annual maintenance with them. I would and will use Farrell Mechanical again and highly recommend it to my friends.

Farrell Mechanical is the greatest! Our AC went out at the worst time ...July 2020...Gilbert AZ. My wife and I were miserable. The hottest summer ever on record! Farrell Mechanical came out within an hour after we called. Kevin and his crew got us up and going and installed our new AC in one day!! We have worked with this company for the past year and a half for two restaurants. We have had a lot of AC issues however Kevin has been incredibly responsive even on short notice ! Incredible customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! I believe there’s a pretty full client list that he carries but somehow he/they does/do it all!!

Very fair price on AC repair. I had them for a 2nd opinion after the 1st company tried to convince me to replace a motor for $1200. Farrell confirmed this wasn't necessary and fixed a leak for 120 instead. Honesty and integrity - check

I can’t share enough positive things about Kevin and his team! He was on time, professional and really had my best interest at heart. He tried to repair my unit ca me having to replace. I had to get my unit replaced but I know I got the best price in town for all the work he and his team did. They even came out to bring me a portable unit to bare the heat in the meantime. I recommend them a million percent.
