Serviceman was extremely polite and professional. He worked so hard and cleaned better than I have ever seen other Servicemen before. He suggested some Service options but wasn't pushy. We are definitely considering what he suggested because he explained them more thoroughly than previous Servicemen. I recommend this company especially if they have employees like this one we had today

Nicholas was the extremely professional and amazing. He was on time and even let me know he was on his way 30 minutes before so I had time to leave work and meet him at the house. Went through the system and was able to do some preventative measures. Also took pictures of all the problems he saw and explained in detail what they were and how they would go about fixing them.
Have dealt with many companies and this by far has been the most professional and easy to work with. If anything being on time is a big deal for me.

Fake add on ktar radio. They claim a 39.99 full inspection just to come and scare you that you need a new unit. They said a capacitor was bad and they wanted almost $600. My buddy got it for $34. And installed it for free even thou the old ine was actually working fine. They also said I needed a whole new unit because the unit on the attic had rust and they also lied about my unit leaking freon. My friend who owns an ac company said that if it had a leak my unit wouldn't blow cold air. Definitely don't recommend at all. They aren't bad people they are just un the business of selling brand new units for way too much.

Amazing service and amazing technician Kristian!! Best maintenance ever!! Very thorough!! Great value and great five warranty that includes two visits a year!! We're staying with Emergency Air and highly recommend them as well!!! Grateful!!

Pat is amazing , he takes the time to explain step by step so I better understand what’s going on w my unit and not to mention he’s the friendliest. Would definitely recommend them !! Great job, appreciate you all !!!

The tech, Joe Gabriel, was prompt and gave me an honest assessment of my system. He went over my options and we landed on the most effective option rather than the most effective.
He educated me and really made me feel like a part of the process. I always get exemplary service from EME and will use them (and Joe in particular) for all my ac needs!!

Jonathan was super thorough, quick, and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. He showed me before and after pictures and explained the differences and what I should look for going forward.

Extremely happy with the emergency air! All the techs were professional and friendly. Shawn and mark had my new unit installed in 2 hours. Russ diagnosed the problem with my hvac unit. He was very informative and explained all of my options. Highly recommend emergency air!

Everyone we dealt with at Emergency Air was great. Angel & Derek Ht did a great job & answered our questions. We also dealt with Imbert, Kristian, Kenny, & another tech whose name we can't remember. All the technicians, customer service & everyone we encountered was professional & fantastic.
