Emergency Air Heating and Cooling

I have only used them twice. They are friendly, professional and I believe good value for the money.
Management must treat them well I am guessing because of their positive attitudes. I certainly hope so!

Joe was friendly and serviced my unit as under contract. Suggested I installed a surge protector and explained the reasons. I did it and he completed the job very satisfactory. Happy customer. We have used this company 8 years and no problems.

Had appt for a month. Was to be here today April 25 from 2-6 pm at 2:30 pm called me and told me they were too busy to come and it would be another month before they could come. Really poor service, all they could say was sorry. Don’t use this company they will drop your service if something better comes around. Love how they keep only positive reviews. I have posted on BBB and other sites.

A/C went out on the hottest day. Rich came out same day and luckily it was an easy fix. Rich also does our general maintenance.

I appreciate Jonathan coming out so quickly after hours and fixing our A/C. He was great and friendly.

Emergency Air installed a new system for me. The team was very polite and considerate of my time and respectful of my home. The cleaned up after themselves after they were done.
