Emergency Air Heating and Cooling

We had Emergency Air come out cause our downstairs unit was not working and they were great, showed up on time, were very professional, and they were very good at explaining the issue and all the options we had to get it fixed. Jonathon was the one who came out and he was amazing. He was very helpful and really took his time making sure we understood everything. He was personable and made us feel very comfortable and wasn’t pushy about trying to sell us things we don’t need. I would definitely use them again!

I service my air conditioning unit yearly and called this company. The person that came over educated me on the updates of regulations concerning units. I purchased a system, furnace and air conditioner. They were installed promptly, Unfortunately the furnace did not heat up and the service technician, Pat Edwards came with a younger tech. It was Pat that climbed in the attic and fixed the system. There were no other problems this past “cold” winter in AZ. Well, it’s getting warmer and the temp inside was 81. I wanted to cool the house so I turned the air on. It did not cool down so I called the co. and they set up an appointment pretty quick. Pat showed up for this too. He showed me what was wrong and fixed it.
Pat is very professional and takes his time to answer questions. I feel genuinely happy to have him work on the errors and have faith that all issues were resolved. Thank him for his knowledge and expertise in this line of work. I applaud his work ethic, which youth could learn from.

Hands down top notch customer service. Joe G. was extremely professional and his knowledge is way above par. Joe was able to show and explain everything to us in the most respectful way possible and was patient on explaining everything to us. I appreciate you so much Joe and if possible only want you to come and service our AC unit.

Great, thorough service all around. Replied to a remarketing email for summer maintenance service as a return customer. The team scheduled me within 7days and sent email confirmations along the way. Day of service, Rich was assigned to my house and called ahead to make sure I would be available. He showed up on time, professionally dressed and kept, and prepared to put booties on entering the house. He started in the attic and spent more time up there than others than have been out. He took photos along the way and did an excellent job explaining the current state of things. He then went outside and checked the two units. We cycled on/off and monitored the power draw. Explained that I could use a starter relay and capacity to help the unit. He finished by cleaning the coils and running over service options. Overall great information and a great inspection service for the price.

I will say that in an effort to be customer focused the company does send more emails, texts, and follow up calls than I feel is needed but to each their own. Would do business again.

Was very impressed with the service provided by Eric Toher from start to finish. He looked professional and conducted himself likewise. He is also very knowledgeable about HVAC and presented us with great options to consider going forward with our current system and for planning to obtain a new system. Totally satisfied with the service Eric provided and will recommend him and Emergency Air to our friends and family.

All staff, maintenance, sales, installation were professional, clean, answered all my questions, at times more than once. They throughly cleaned up the areas when done. After installation they gave us pictures of work performed. And Derek, supervisor on the A/C installation team after working all day actually returned to my home ,after he had left, to help answer more questions I had concerning my thermostat. Yes, I would recommend Emergency Air.

Robert M responded to my home on time and i immediately knew he was very knowledgeable about a/c units. He prescribed the precise system I had researched! From that point, we needed to negotiate price and scheduling for two 3-ton units. Negotiate he did! He called his office to first check availability and then he pitched my offer. In minutes we were in accord. I wanted a quick install and he arranged it for the next day! My final concern was the quality of the installers. He promised me the best installers - and they were! They were prompt and professional. They worked as a team and seemed happily tight knit. I called Robert M to tell him he did not exaggerate. We had one small misunderstanding on the thermostats, but Robert immediately got that resolved. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you Robert M!

The technician, Kristian Espino, was very polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He came to clean my outer coils but found my unit was low of refrigerant, sought out the leak and recommended the proper solution. Turns out my coil was leaking and has to be replaced. He arranged suitable financing for me and scheduled the coil replacement for the next day. I couldn't ask for a better serviceman! P.S. He loved my exotic birds too.😊

I would recommend this company to anyone they are very professional, efficient and transparent and very patient as they took the time to show and explain everything that was wrong including pictures just was overall extremely happy with our technician Eric, he went above and beyond to make sure we were not without AC for very long, which I thought was more than his job called for as he came in earlier than his normal schedule the very next day to get us taken care of as quick as possible . He took the time to explain everything to my mother who is deaf so she has to read your lips to understand and Eric was very patient and took his time to explain it and sent her pictures showing what was wrong with our unit . We would highly recommend using this company for your heating and air conditioning needs . Thank you !!
