Amazing service and company! Service Air installed a mini split in my guest house- fair priced, friendly and efficient. I had a small issue a few months later and they came out and corrected it immediately, free of charge. Extremely refreshing to have an honest business who stands by their word and work. So impressed, I have them come out annually for HVAC routine service. Can’t say enough about the professionalism from every department. I highly recommend.

Lets be honest - I didn't use Service Air because they gave me the lowest quote of the 7 companies I called for an estimate - I decided to use Service Air for the following two reasons: 1. The salesman (Matt) was Professional, ON TIME, knowledgable, completely honest, relatable and responsive to my calls and questions. 2. The price (although slightly above another (see my last review) and way above the lowest quote that came in, their quote was reasonable and it logically was a good buy for the money spent. Then came the install, The two individuals that showed up were also ON TIME, knowledgable, helpful and quick with install - yet they checked and double checked everything. When they left I felt confident that the new HVAC system was installed properly - AND follow up communication with Matt the salesman reassured me that the HVAC was installed properly with no issues. This was a worry free purchase and installation. I will definitely use Service Air again when it comes time to replace the upstairs HVAC system. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.

Air Service Eastern Shore did a thorough and spotless cleaning of my HVAC ductwork, no mold or mildew left, just clean ductwork. They also serviced my HVAC unit and installed 13 new registers. They did all this in 5 hours for a very reasonable price. Their 2 techs explained everything beforehand, were polite and professional. I highly recommend this locally owned business to everyone who thinks they might need any type of HVAC service.

He wore shoe covers each time he entered our home. Was very professional, explanatory, and honorable. The company also honored an issue, and promptly fixed it without hesitation. Mr. C. Russell was the best! The gentleman who came out to give me an estimate was professional, super intelligent, helpful and did a great job explaining to me why or why not. Service Air provided the best service I have ever had in my whole life. They could not possibly of did any better. EXCELLENT IN ALL AREAS. If you need AC/ Heating work I suggest you call them. You will find out what I am saying for yourself.

Service Air East Shore is by far the best AC service company we have ever used. They are honest, prompt, professional and very affordable. Technician Chris Plymale is amazing.
