My very old heating/air conditioning unit finally died right after a weekend of near freezing temperatures. I called Service Air, and that same day David Pardue came to give me an estimate. The installation crew was at my home the next morning and had the job done quickly. They used a dropcloth to walk on, and swept the floor around the door and the closet after they were done. Everyone seemed quite knowledgeable, and after the crew left, Mr. Pardue came and double checked the installation. I recommend Service Air with great confidence!

Cheyne showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He did a great job installing my AC unit.

This company is soo awesome, my heater went out 2 days ago and I called them at 1pm today and they had a service man Ben out within 2 hours and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. A++++++

Eastern service and air has always provided excellent service even on weekends. Friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t beat the 25 dollar service fee.

Hunter spent a long time cleaning and making sure everything was in perfect working conditions...in my opinion he was outstanding.

This company does not know what they are doing. We purchased a new system and we have had to have 3 return service calls in 7 days and it is still not fully functional at this time. I would not recommend this company nor reuse their Services.

These guys came in and replace my entire heating and air system in one day. They did a super good job and we're very courteous working around my wife and two kids
