Atlas Heating & Air

I use Atlas for all of my AC needs. Josh and the guys know what they’re doing, show up on time and are just nice guys. Melody in the office keeps everybody moving in the right direction. Most recently I had them come in and add a vent corridor to our house’s really old metal duct system. My boys’ rooms now have about twice as much airflow as they did before. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been using Atlas for years. They are always on time and stick to their schedule. James has always serviced my units and he is amazing! He wastes no time and I appreciate that. My frenchies love him too. Atlas is a great company and blessed with James.

Their communication from office manager to me down to install technician and me reminded me of the Army hooah. They really have a great team of people. At 6:57 pm Rocky rang my doorbell. He left about 5 minutes ago after fixing the problem.

You get the name of who is coming as well as the time and estimated price for the visit (all very reasonable!). Every technician in this group is knowledgeable in what they are doing and respectful to their customers - they arrive on time, they explain any issues and processes, and they are enjoyable to chat with.
