Called on a holiday weekend about an AC problem and they were there within 2 hours. Bill diagnosed our problem and got us up and running until he could get back after the holiday with parts for a permanent fix. They returned on time the next week and completed the work. Additional emergency fee was very reasonable. I will certainly recommend this company.

We have been using Southeastern since we have been in Fairhope (10 years). One of our units finally failed to the point of replacement. Two men showed up on time and even though the temperature outdoors and in the attic was in the low 90's they politely and efficiently removed and replaced our air handler, recharged it and got us back on line within three hours. We have always received prompt, courteous and professional service from all the technicians at Southeastern and highly recommend them to anyone needed heat and air work.

Matt did my maintenance check up and he is so thorough. He is just the best. I changed to SE about a year and a half ago and I am so glad. They are a pleasure. Could not be more pleased with their service.
