The technician came out on a Thursday, then called a on Friday. Said could get a unit for xxx price I said ok! Called back said the warehouse missed quoted him it was going to cost more!. I said the warehouse will have to eat it because this is the price I was quoted and I said yes. The technician never called me back a week later , a rep. From Atlas called me. Also told me the warehouse miss quoted the price. Nobody ever told me the price! After 5 business days I had someone else put a unit in for the same price I was quoted by Atlas. Funny I bought the outside unit from them 2 years ago, that’s why I was going to use them again. I was told by the other company the unit’s were miss matched a bigger outside unit going into a smaller inside unit is what messed up the coil and what caused the damage so I had to get a new furnace and coil.

Great service from the time you call and report a problem. Office staff gets technician to you in record time The service tech (James) was professional and polite. Had us up and going with cool air in a very short time. My wife and I highly recommend Atlas Heating & Air. You will not be disappointed I promise you.

We have a second home in Fairhope and of course when we arrived late Friday night on July 4th weekend one of our AC units was not working. We called early on Sat morning and Rocky came early afternoon and got us back up and running. He was so professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. And, the service was extremely affordable. This company will def be our go to from now on.

The people at Atlas are on the top of their game. They are very knowledgeable about their industry and get right to the heart of the problem with no jerking at you wallet if you know what I mean. Best service and best price. They are the best. We have called on them multiple times and they are always their to take care of it.

I have used Atlas a few times now. They installed two new Carrier units at my home, replacing two 18+ old Rheem units. So far, so good. They made sure to tidy everything up when they were done. Everything is cooling off, Josh seems to be a great guy and highly knowledgeable in everything having to do with Air Conditioning, coming at it from a scientific perspective.

Outstanding customer service! My a/c died at 3pm and after getting the runaround from my home warranty company I called Atlas. Not only did the receptionist pickup right away she had a tech to my door in 45 minutes!!
Rocky my tech got to work right away checking all the wires and components for fault. He ran thru a diagnostic checklist and isolated the circuit board as the problem right away. He called his boss/mentor and they ran thru the same checks he just did to be sure that that was the actual problem. A lot of service guys let their egos get in the way and just assume their right It was nice to see they have a system to double check their work.
He ran a jumper cable to get the compressor working so we would have a/c overnite and came back early the next afternoon to replace the circuit board.
The bill was so reasonable i signed up for the yearly maintenance program so i can nip problems before they start.

I’m so impressed I signed up for the yearly maintenance package. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

We have used Atlas Heating & Air for a couple of years. We know that our HVAC system is undersized for our house and it is more than 20 years old but they do a wonderful job with the maintenance and are managing to squeeze as much life as possible out of our system. They are reliable - always show up when they say they will - and talk to us in plain English (no techno jargon) so that we understand exactly what they are doing. Very nice people to deal with.
