We’ve been doing business with Service Aire for 10+yrs. and are always pleased with the great service. Today we had Chris call at our home for the first time. OUTSTANDING TECH! PROFESSIONAL, PERSONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!
CHRIS went above and beyond today with A/C maintenance as our system was pretty funky from Hurricane Sally... very thorough. THANK YOU!!!

Taylor arrived and determined what the problem with my AC was quickly. He then fixed the problem and left me with my AC working perfectly. During the time he was here he behaved very professionally. I will definitely use Service Air fir my Heating and A/C needs again.

I have no complaints about this company. They have never failed to respond the same day I called them. It it could be fixed, they fixed it. If it couldn't, they installed a new system the next day. Very professional. All of them. And I am not being paid or asked to leave this review. I did it because I appreciate having someone who takes such good care of us. They deserve the review.

At 1:30 pm, my ac went kaput. I called Service Air, and Mr. Glen was at my house before 2 pm. He was very kind and helpful in how he walked me through every step of what he was doing to diagnose and fix my air conditioning unit. By 2:20 pm, everything was fixed and better than ever. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience; you earned a loyal customer today! Thank you!

Update 06/04/19: My ac unit finally bit the dust for good on a late Saturday evening, of course, and I immediately thought of Service Air. We called them at 8 am the next morning, they were here by 10:30 am, and we had a completely new heating and air system at a very reasonable price by 7 pm that same evening. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They have unbeatable customer service, great employees, and do quality work at affordable prices. When I said they had won me as a customer for life, I meant it! Thank you, Service Air!

So this is an update to my review 2 weeks ago. Today we had our inside and outside unit installed as well as the duct work replaced. These guys got here on time, and worked so diligently to get it fixed quickly so we didn’t have to go without ac for long, which they did successfully! I don’t think my house ever got above 74 degrees. They also installed my new thermostat and walked me through it. Mind you I went out and purchased a completely different thermostat the new Google nest they didn’t charge me anything extra to install it and they even helped me set it up on my phone and with WiFi. The workmanship and professionalism this company has offered me from the beginning with the telephone call to the receptionist to the inspection and finally the install has been top notch! It’s hard to find good ole hometown companies like this that offer that personal service for their customers. I’m adding a room onto my house this summer and they will be who I call to get it summer and winter ready!! Great job guys!! Special thanks to Glen Kathy Jace Cheyn and Alex!! You guys are amazing!!

The technician was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, answered any questions I had, and did an excellent job.
I will request this young man for all my AC/Heat service.

We had the worst experience ever with this company. We bought a new unit and it didn’t work as soon as the installers left. We called them back several times to correct the problem and it has been improperly installed the entire time! We had a huge water leak this past year and had to vacate our home for a month. The owner accepted full responsibility when he saw the air handler wasn’t even installed right. My insurance company had already been contacted at that point so they paid the claim minus our $1000 deductible. Now Service Air Eastern Shore have changed their minds and decided they weren’t going to accept liability anymore. So, we are out our deductible and our insurance premiums have already went up $1000 this year. Very disappointed with this company’s customer service and the unqualified installers. They had an opportunity to do the right thing and didn’t.

Taylor was professional and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave us good advice regarding air filters. Our dog loved him.
