I Purchased a New American Standard heat pump. Service air installed the heat pump quickly and properly. All Service air employees involved were professional and friendly. I recommend them highly. Mr. Glenn Geddes Submitted a great price with an outstanding parts and labor warranty.

Had a 30 point tune up the other day, and everything went exactly as planned. They called on time, Lynn showed up on time, he was very professional, and completed the work without any issues. I would recommend this company, as they are 2 for 2 on providing excellent service each time. Strong work.

We build 150 homes a year in Central Alabama and I have a few properties in Fairhope. There are very few companies that I freely recommend knowing they will handle each and every person with professionalism, integrity and to the best of their ability. I use Service air for all 3 of my condos. Their price is very good on a new unit and they can service any unit. They have always been responsive even on the hottest summer days.

Blower went out in my unit. Customer service was great. Technician was professional. Quick diagnose and fix the problem. The job was reasonably priced. Will always do business with them.

We had not had much luck with HVAC contractors until we called Service Air Eastern Shore. They were by far the most professional company we had dealt with, but more importantly the most honest. We had a very large project that we thought might cost up to $1,000, but Glenn and Service Air figured out a way to do it for free. I am glad to know there are still honest and ethical people in the world. I will now always use Service Air and recommend them to everyone I meet. You should try using them.

This company was great from the moment Kathy answered the phone, thru Richard coming out to resolve our AC issue, to speaking with Kathy again for follow up and payment. I was so impressed I went ahead and set up routine maintenance for my unit with them going forward.
