Dixie Electric is a very professional and safety conscience company. I was provided notification of the tech's arrival with the technician's picture to be able to correctly identify him and he arrived timely as promised. Kenneth was wonderful and explained everything they checked and inspected on my 3 units and even provided advice on landscaping to ensure my units remained in excellent condition. Every area of service this company provides has been excellent and they continue to win my loyalty with this level of detail and over the top customer service.

Day before Thanksgiving. Nobody wanted to help when our Hot Water Heater went out with family coming into town. Dixie responded and tackled the job same day. Got us all fixed up and saved the Holiday. Fantastic!!!!! A++++++
