Setting up an appointment was very quick. Office staff was professional and easy to talk to. No service fee was a plus! Dylan the electrician was on time, very professional, comfortable to be around, knowledgeable and efficient. I will use them again!

Most recently Corey performed a semi-annual maintenance/inspection of my HVAC. He was thorough, professional, friendly, appropriately dressed and very knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions I had in great detail and in an understandable manner. I had been thinking of changing or adding some things and he offered me several cost-effective solutions. Byron arrived as scheduled. He was friendly, professional and gave us confidence in his ability to handle our problems. He quickly diagnosed our problem, provided a quote for his work and asked permission to proceed. Once we accepted the quote he got straight to it and finished within a couple of hours.

I know that there are less expensive options in the market. I’ve learned that when you pick some of them, you get what you pay for. If you want the best no shortcuts solutions to home problems, call Dixie first. It’ll save you in the long run as you only call them once.
