Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air

I called early in the morning at the open of normal business hours hoping to be fit into the schedule for the day to repair my A/C. They were very responsive and accommodating and was able to fit me into their schedule within an hour and a half of my call. Very fair price for my repair and Kenneth went the other extra mile to make sure the fix needed was a permanent fix, unlike the previous companies attempt at the repair. 10/10 would recommend these folks to my Grandma!

Today’s experience couldn’t have gone better. From the timely, personal response from Christie on their management team, to the prompt arrival of the tech, Brandon, everything was seamless. He quickly repaired the issue with the AC unit and had the air working again on another 90 degree day. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Mason at Dixie was extremely professional and clean cut. He was very fast finding and addressing the problem. Very helpful, responsive and respectful. We will definitely call them next time, if needed.

Nick and Trey arrived promptly and identified themselves as they came to the house. They were professional, knowledgable, helpful, a good work team, apparent to the customer, not to mention very kind.

I called Dixie at 8:55 Sunday night a very nice Lady answered the phone after one ring, I told her I needed an electrician. She said a man would call me shortly. Nathan call at 9:00 said said he would be at my home at 9:40. At 9:40 he turned into my driveway. In only 20 minutes he replaced the 200 amp supply breaker in the electrical box outside where lighting had blew it up. Nathan was super professional did a great job and I would recommend Dixie to anybody that needs help.

This old home has been in my family since the 1930s - with the original (clogged) galvanized pipes. Dixie has been helping me with electrical projects for YEARS!!!! But this time they replaced ALL the plumbing in the house!!!!! I'm looking forward to FINALLY having some water pressure!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Dixie Electric, Plumbing, and Air!!!!!!! And Tracey Bibb was AWESOME!!!! Highly knowledgeable, friendly, and explained things so well!!! I RECOMMEND Tracey, for SURE!!

Great job, both of the techs were great at this job, great people to talk to, they explained everything to me. Being an older person, I loved messing with them when they try to sell me stuff I don’t need. Question to the company… how much of a discount do you give to customers who take their time to fill out these surveys, so you can improve your service and then charge the customer more money for your better service….

I bought a new stove and I had to have the gas disconnected so the company would take off the old stove. Byron came out an disconnected the gas. He and a Co-worker came back out to reconnect the gas and install the new stove. They were both very professional and went above and beyond in making sure everything was set up correctly and worked as it is supposed to. The stove was in a mode that would not allow them to set everything up. They were quick to look up additional information and talk with customer service to see what the issue was. I was so impressed with ho much they cared about having everything installed correctly and in working order. So appreciative of great help!

Mr. Tracey Bibb did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issues. He answered any and all questions, offered alternative suggestions, and he was willing and able to fix issues that occurred while he was on the job. He also never complained and had a very positive attitude. I will definitely be requesting him and Dixie Electric for any future plumbing issues I may have.
