Nate did an excellent job installing our water heater. He added a power box next to it so we can cut the power if needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. I feel this water heater will last a long time.

We have had Dixie come out and do several things in our new home and it is definitely worth the investment of being in the cares plan. They are such good people and have done great work! They are always honest with us, and I never feel like they are just trying to make a buck. They genuinely try to save us money where they can. We just had Ben Whitehead come out and do some plumbing and I highly recommend requesting him if you need some plumbing done!

I had an issue with a leaking water heater and Jacob showed up promptly to help out. He took the time to accurately assess the issue and made the repair quickly with no unnecessary repairs. He did leave a quote to upgrade my system but he didn't push the issue at all. I really appreciate his professionalism and the fact that he didn't do more work than was necessary to fix the issue. Drake and Zack did an excellent job getting my plumbing updated. They found the problem areas and had them fixed that very afternoon. I am happy with their work and my interaction with them was very pleasant. I couldn’t be happier.
