Justin Blair was simply amazing!!! As always!! His interpersonal skills and rapport building with his clients is like no other!! ! He has serviced my home last year and he delivers perfect customer service everytime!!! He is patient and gets the job done in a timely manner everytime! ❤️❤️❤️ Overall I’ve had nothing but great experiences with your team!! Your entire staff does amazing even your customer service over the phone staff! Your customer service can’t be matched!!! He went above and beyond to ensure the experience was A1! I discovered, after hours, on a Friday evening that both toilets and bathtubs were backing up into each other, due to my main drain line being clogged. I called Dixe, after being told by several other plumbing companies that nothing could be done until the next day (Saturday) and that even that was not certain. These guys teamed up and made it happen. They really saved they day. I was without plumbing for less than 2 hours and got a very fair price. Dixie will be my very first call from now on.

Very professional staff. Responsive to my needs. They offered 18 months same as cash. Work was done efficiently in a reasonable amount of time and they were well trained to handle the job.

Andrew and Trent were great at fixing our doorbell and installing and teaching us how to use the Ring Doorbell, and also detected a water leak under the house and arranged for service on that.

Joe has come out several times for various plumbing fixes. Every time I feel like I’m getting top notch service and I never feel like he’s trying to sell me things I don’t need (this is an issue I’ve seen with some technicians from various companies and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth). I will continue to do business with this company going forward knowing that I’ll be in good hands with technicians like Joe.

Removed major clog from pipes caused by previous plumber who installed sink but didn’t fix pipes to match. Warren was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Reconfigured our pipes so water now flows freely and won’t clog.

Clif was able to quickly complete the work. He wad efficient and thorough and took the time to cleanup when he finished problem.
We have used Dixie several times in the past and always have been satisfied with their work.

Joe was a very knowledgeable person. He answered all of our questions. He was courteous, professional and he did a wonderful job. He also did a job for us at the beginning of the week and we was very pleased with all that he did
