John and Andrew came back today to replace an old light by my pool. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. Were friendly and courteous.
John and Andrew did the electrical general maintenance today. They were both very professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. Worked efficiently and thoroughly. Will be back in a couple of days to fix a light. I highly recommend them.

They voluntarily explained when I was obviously clueless, were never exasperated with my further questions, and the company bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of timely during the holidays—we are incredibly appreciative and I’m sure will continue to be.

Happy with Kenneth inspecting my heating/air units as part of the Dixie Cares plan. He incidentally identified a gas leak & told me to call Spire. Spire came out immediately to replace a leaking meter. I’m sure this will save me $ on future gas bills. Also pleased with the thorough electrical inspection done by Clif. The quotes for adding panel surge protectors and hanging chandeliers seem higher than I’d expected but I may have them do the work with the knowledge it will be done properly.

Justin came and did my heating tune-up and was very thorough and professional. He pointed out things that could use some attention and did it in a No-pressure manner. He was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that this was a pleasant and helpful experience.
