I called the office 4 minutes before closing last night and expected not to get an answer. Not only did Mr. Ed answer but he scheduled himself to come and take a look at my dryer less than 24 hours later. He called before he came, showed up on time, fixed my dryer and had it running like new in minutes! His service was great considering the timing/price/quality!! I expected to purchase a new dryer. Not only did he fix my old 20 year old dryer but he convinced me that my dryer was BETTER than the new ones…and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg to fix!!!! I’ll definitely be referring my family to him and I’ll be keeping him in mind for appliances in the future! MR.ED PLEASE DON’T RETIRE!!! 🤣

Really nice guy named Mark fixed our refrigerator. Fixed it quick and overall honest and nice guy. Will definitely recommend and will use again if needed!!!

Ed’s appliance was referred to me through another local company to perform work on my washing machine. I called, scheduled an appointment, and no one showed up! Furthermore, no one called to inform me that they would not be in attendance. Highly unreliable and unprofessional from my experience.

Ed and Mark were here one day after I called them, were businesslike and fixed my 13 year old dryer within 45 minutes! So polite and nice! Awesome work!!!

I Called Ed to repair my refrigerator which was a year and half old. He Put in a non OEM part which caused the compressor to break down and refrigerator stopped working 2 days after he put in that part. Then he was asking for 1100$ to put in a new compressor(making the total asking bill 1400$ which is the price of a new refrigerator). I had this double checked by an independant repair men by having them look at my refrigerator without telling them that I had it repaired previously. I was told by them that whoever put in the non oem part shorted your compressor. Contacted Ed regarding this and he would not take responsibility for it. Horrible experience and would not hire again.

Very prompt, friendly and professional. They had my washer fixed and back up and running within 24 hours for a reasonable price. When your clothes are in stand still dirty water that won’t drain, time is everything.

This is a very honest business with reasonable prices. I called to get our washer fixed and he was able to come out in a very timely manner and fixed the washer quickly. Our fridge broke today and I called Ed. He said the next appointment he had was tomorrow. I told him I didn't want everything to spoil and he quickly referred me to another company who was able to come out today. I'd recommend Ed's Appliance to anyone in the area. You can't beat the service, price or integrity.
