Jeff was by far the most professional and knowledgeable plumber, I've ever used. I'm extremely pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend Jeff to anyone!!!

Eric was great by exceeding all expectations. He is honest and very ethical. I had called three other companies to get my air conditioning back working and they stated that I needed to replace the unit (cost $7,500). However Eric checked my unit found a small leak in a valve, replaced the valve and fixed a wire on the outside unit circuit board. Further he add two pounds of refrigerant and showed me that my AC didn't use R22 that other company told me the AC used. His honesty and integrity in dealing fairly saved me thousands of dollars. The cost for everything was $325.00. I hope if you're reading this post that you call Eric or you're in up paying through the nose with any other company only interested in making a sell and not a repair.

I could not believe every plumbing company I called had a 4-5 week appointment time??? How do you go without plumbing that long? So thankful for Surfside and their expediate response. These guys were professional, fast, and charged what they agreed to charge. They will definitely be on my call back list!

I called Surfside for my Rinnai hot water heater to come out and determine what the issue was. Someone was able to come out the next day which was a Saturday and that was great. My technician was very thorough in explaining what the issue was and it turns out I needed a new hot water heater. Surfside provided me a quote and I began discussing with others and found that the quote was quite high. We went with another company that charged half the amount I was quoted. There was also a rather high diagnostic charge to come out for Surfside. All that to say is I did receive great service however it was overpriced in my opinion.

The technician, Jason was quick and efficient and came out on the same day I scheduled the appointment! Will use them again!
