Terrible customer service. Called me to accuse of not paying a bill when communication fell flat on their side. Installed an outdoor shower that is god awful ugly. Called in attempt to resolve. Their response (after finally returning my last call) was that is their standard service. A bit of couth and less accusatory language would have gone a long way.

And they’re expensive.

After calling several companies that either did not answer or never call back, it was a relief to find Surfside. They answered the phone, discussed my repair issues, and gave me an appointment time, THAT THEY KEPT! The service was professional and competitively priced. Ill certainly use these guys again for future repairs.

They did a big electrical job for me that somebody else left me high and dry with no AC for three days. Came right out get us up and running would definitely be using them again

Never came to do work. Had appt w/time of 1pm until 7pm window, and they never called, texted or came to perform service.
