Techs came into the house for about 60 seconds. Flipped a switch on water heater. Charged $95. I would call around before calling them. I know we have to pay for the service, but $100 for 60 seconds of their time seems ridiculous. Other places are cheaper. Wish I’d asked beforehand how much it would be just to check.

Older guy was rude and short while explaining. Walked in, said “your temperature is turned all the way down. That’ll be $95,” turned around and walked out. Younger guy stayed to explain a little, but older guy was very unprofessional.

Issue was not solved, technician says we will probably need a new water heater. Going to get a second opinion, but I doubt we will be using these guys for any future service.

Mitchell and his colleague were very professional, nice and efficient. Super helpful and highly recommend!

The guys that were here did a great job installing a new electrical panel in our house supper happy with the way it looks!

Repaired a gas leak, contacted utility, and waited for them to come out and inspect, saving a second service call.

Fast, efficient, and sweet staff. The ladies were all work and no play lol. I will definitely be a returning customer.
