Jake called to let us know he was on his way to repair our generator. After determining that it needed a new battery, he gave us a final price and proceeded to complete the new battery installation. He was mannerable, professional, efficient, and reasonable.

Surfside's excellent electricians came out to our home and did work to run a line outside and make changes to our breaker box. They were the absolute BEST. Did a fantastic job and very reasonable price wise. I HIGHLY recommend this company. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with such a reputable firm.

We had to have our entire indoor and outdoor AC unit replaced!! This summer has been brutal and apparently the owners of our home before us did a lot of band-aid work and it truly showed. Once Thomas came out and looked at it all for us, his boss, Jason, was out doing our estimate just a couple days later. After the estimate, Jason and Austin were out here doing the replacement/installation two days afterwards. Loran made sure to get on the phone with me the day he did the estimate and helped me get all our paperwork taken care of in just a few minutes. They were here early and had to job done and done well in about 3 1/2 hours. You couldn’t even tell they had been here because Jason insisted on sweeping and had everything looking better than before he came! The house never even got hot and quickly cooled off before they even left. He was very professional, very personable and I’ll definitely be telling anyone and everyone about them!!! Pleasant experience all the way around with everyone I came into contact with.

David did great work replacing my circuit breaker box. It was done in a timely manner.

We were very pleased with the service they provided replacing the bathtub valves with the new Delta unit. They were professional and they were able to get the job done quickly.

Had a pipe come off from under my tub/shower combo and my tech fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and was extremely professional! I really appreciate him and his quality service!

Mitchell C. w/Plumbing Services did a great job connecting the plumbing underneath the sink to my guest bathroom. He was friendly, on time, and fixed my issue. I've never connected a sink before and he was very understanding and showed me the step-by-step process.

Mr Martin was able to quickly diagnose the problem and came back within 24 hours with the part to complete the repair. He was courteous, timely, and professional.

Called Hanson Air. Appointment scheduled for 12-4 on a Friday. I took off work and scheduled my day’s appointments around the Hanson appointment. That morning I received a call from the technician at 8:11am that he was 15 minutes from my house. Shocked I called the dispatch back asking if I mixed up the time. She said no I had the time correct but the technician wanted to come early because “he had a full schedule that day”. I explained that I took off work and scheduled all my appointments around the appointment slot THEY assigned to me. Needless to say at 11:47am, they called me back canceling my appointment with no regard to the fact that I took off work or anything. Needless to say my poor experience with Hanson caused me to call Surfside. Best thing that could have ever happened. They were timely, professional, responsive, and did exactly as they promised WHEN they promised. They were excellent to a T! I would highly recommend.
