Hank was very professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything that was going on with my AC and the next steps to fixing it.

I had no AC and so when I called Patco to see if they could check it for me, I was very impressed at how fast they came. They fixed the problem and I am pleased at how reasonable the overall cost was.

They advertise themselves as 24 hours and on call but then when you call and ask them to come out they don't answer the phone anymore and then somebody calls you 2 hours later and says they are over an hour away and they are rude

They just stood me up on an appointment. Not good...what a poor attitude by the owner . See their remarks below after I have spent THOUSANDS...DO NOT GO HERE!
