Patco AC Service

This is the best AC Service I have ever used. They come out get the job done in a timely manner. I gotten plenty of work done by them and purchased a unit from them. After the job is done, they clean up very well after their selves very well. Very friendly,affordable and professional.

These guys are quality 1st class service, Ben Pilgrim is very professional and knowledgeable in his recommendations. Chase one of the guys who came to install including the gentlemen helping him were extremely conscientious during installation and did exceptional work. Highly recommend.

On one of the hottest days of summer thus far, this year, I returned home to an 85 degrees home. It was very uncomfortable. On top of that, my rainy day funds were nonexistent. I called Patco AC because this company installed my unit during the construction of my home in 2006. I purchased the new home in July 2007. On July 14, 2012, will be five years of my home ownership journey. On May 5, 2010, my unit went out. The unit made howling noises, did not cool, and came on with a banging sound. Of course, Patco AC informed me that I needed a compressor. They replaced the compressor and gave me a 2 year warranty.

Unfortunately, the AC unit went out again on yesterday, June 21, 2012, that hot day I mentioned at the beginning. I called Patco AC infuriated about the quality of my AC unit and the history of it. I communicated my misfortune and anticipated help. After sleeping in 88-90 degrees all night I am next to demanding help when I hear from them. Patco AC informed me that my unit was no longer under warranty even though it had not operated without error for the five years of warranty. I understood that I had five years of warranty and not five years from the date of installation. Wow, what a double whamming! I later spoke with Pat Jr. and went round and round on the phone until we both decided to shut up and listen to each other. That was the best ah ha moment for me.

Pat Jr. told me he would be at my house within 2 hrs pending his previously scheduled meeting. Thankfully, he arrived at my house before an hour had passed. He repaired my unit expeditiously and in good spirits. He treated me with sincere kindness and cooled off my over 80 degrees home. He explained the problem my unit displayed and encouraged me to get a maintenance contract soon.

Having no money, and having slept in a hot house for a night made me appreciative of his talents and expertise. I am so grateful that he was willing and able to repair my unit in compassion.

Please give Patco AC an opportunity to repair your AC unit in time of need. I am so thankful that Pat Jr. exemplified grace and mercy in providing repair services for me. During my morning devotion lesson today, teaching was on being concern for your fellow man and showing others grace and while walking in holiness. Hebrews 12:13-15. Thank you Pat Jr. for your professional and unconditional services. Today you brought these scriptures in my devotional lesson to life.

Hank found the problem within 3 mins of arriving. Had it fixed in record time and checked coolent level for good measure. Hank is a super friendly and courteous employee. They do NOT charge extra for showing up on Saturday! Can’t say Enough about the pleasant experience I had. An AC going out in June is bad enough. It nice to have a friendly, knowledgeable and courteous professional come to the rescue during such a stressful time.

Very professional from the service reps to the field staff. AC technician Jon P. was on time, polite, and thorough . He then took the time to explain his service results. I highly recommend and will be using PATCO for all future AC needs.

Thank You Patco for sending Jon out to help us... It wa so hot and our unit stopped cooling.... when we called the company who put it in last September we found out that they no longer do service on weekends and holidays. So we were so glad to find Patco and Jon who was so kind and willing to help us...

Sidney came out today and had my heater running in minutes. After a very cold night last night i was glad to know patco sftill offers true 24hr service and sidney was at my house fixing my unit within 30 minutes of my call so grateful for him and patco!

Patco did a great job checking my A/C. Brad was very professional and even came earlier than scheduled. I'm very happy with their work.

My air conditioning went on the fritz so since I'm new to Mobile I asked my daughter who takes care of her heating and cooling and she directed me to Patco. I had a great crew here today, John, Jonathan, Kendrick, and Matt did a great job, thank you so much!!

Requested AC servicing and the service was on time and the serviceman (Johnnie) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I will use Patco in the future and highly recommend them. Thanks Johnnie and Patco.
