Patco AC Service

Anyone living in in or around the Mobile area can confirm how hot and humid it really can get here. And it's been really hot and humid. But, come home after being outside in the heat, and find the A/C has broken and the inside thermometer reads 90°, can really make you feel sick and downright miserable.
So in the morning @ 8am, I called Patco A/C service. There was a nice lady on the phone that said she was getting someone to my home fairly soon. And she did, and Ben came within less than an hour. He was nice, professional and he determined the problem quickly. He also checked out the whole A/C system, inside and outside. He explained why the A/C had broken. He offered some good and helpful tips tips and he replaced the broken part lightning quick, it was that fast. I found the repair cost to be fair and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Call Patco and ask for the repair man, Ben.

They came out with in 1 hour of me calling (it was actually probably less). Because I was in a bind the owner himself came to my home. Although not able to fix my unit on the same day he was able to diagnose and order the parts the same day and give me a date on when the unit could be fixed. Pat was very sweet and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Just a big ‘Bravo Zulu’ (navy term meaning "Well Done" with regard to actions, operations or performance) for Patco Heat A/C Service. I came in from work today and walked into 86 deg house at 7:30 PM. Needless to say that is a depressing event. I had Patco service my AC unit 2 years ago, so I decided to give you guys a call. Your technician, Sidney called me back promptly and gave me an estimated time for his arrival. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and corrected the problem all in about hour. He was courteous, friendly and had wonderful professional attitude (even while killing the black widows crawling out of the unit). If Sidney is representative of your organization, Patco is a great organization that will be around for many years. Thanks for cool house again.

I pastor West Side UMC on Mohawk. My church had incredibly old AC units that were on their last leg. After a bit of research we decided to go with Patco and it was a great decision. Their quote was a large percentage less than the competitors, He installed two units for the same price other guys were gonna charge for one of the same. The crew was friendly and courteous. Initially they thought that the AC units could be brought down without a crane, but found out they would need one. The guys at Patco didn't say a word and just rented the crane without asking me to pay a dime for it, I had to ask him to let us help cover the cost. They have done an amazing job in upkeep and helping us figure out the new system and have been great with maintenance. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. If you live in the Mobile area and need HVAC work done there isn't any better company for the job.

My A/c stoped working on a Sunday around 1pm. I called patco and they came out with in a hour fixed the problem and were very professional. The price was good and I was very surprised being a Sunday I thought it was gonna be alot more. The technician was very nice and recommend places in the area to check out(i relatively new to the area) Give them a call they are great!

James was my technician and he has been superb every time I have needed service. The office staff works well with you, even in after hours situations. Highly recommend!!!

Great service on my schedule! Brad showed up when he was supposed to and was very polite and patient. He answered all of my questions as he worked, always with a smile, and didn't overcharge me. It was a much better experience than I expected.

I was recently in Chicago on a business trip when I got a call from my wife in regards to a leak coming from the attic. The professionals at Patco explained the problem and promptly arrived at my house to fix it. Their service was expedient, proficient, and well done. Hands down...Pat and his crew were the absolute best! My air handler coil was leaking on thursday, so they got me going for the day and installed my new unit the next day. You can count on these guys. Real, honest, straight shooters are hard to find, but we found them! Extremely courteous and professional!!!

Patco's Service Tech was very courteous and professional when he came to my home for our semi-annual heating-cooling unit maintenance/inspection. I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend the company and their employees.
