Easy Heating & Cooling

Writing this review feels like I am talking about my family. Easy was recommended to us years ago when we needed a new AC unit. Easy made sure that we were just not getting a unit but our home was getting everything to handle the dreadful heat. They worked long hours without any complaints until the job was completed. We have continued to use Easy for all our cooling/heating needs. He makes sure you are taken care of before he goes home to his own family. Easy came out after hours last night and left after 11:00PM making sure we would be cool. The work is top notch. If you want a company that is professional, friendly, and represents good quality then I highly recommend using Easy. I promise you will not be disappointed.

There's nothing worse than your AC going out in the middle of a heatwave - but Easy H&C truly made it easy to get our unit repaired. They were able to send a tech out the day I called and returned to replace the unit's motor the next day. I am truly grateful for the fast and professional service.

I was very impressed with how soon Enoth came to check out my unit the same day I called. He kept his word with me that he would come back the next following day cause there was a part I needed for my united. Urgent to please the needs of your customer is very important to me!

Thank god for Easy air… I called on a Sunday which was Mother’s Day because my AC was blowing hot air and they put me on the schedule that day to come out and even tho he had to order parts for my unit they still didn’t leave me in a hot house to suffer and I’m forever grateful for that. Very professional and dependable and they will be the only ones I call for any AC work from now on. I would highly recommend 10/10

I called for an old window unit ac to be replaced and they told me they would come out and have a look. Despite not many people having window units anymore it's been a hassle to get someone to do the job so when Mr. Enoch showed up and took one look and said I'll have it done in an hour I was immediately grateful. He was very professional and got the job done super fast and most importantly efficient. He took the time to make sure that it was leveled correctly and stabilized unlike my older unit that was really thrown together. He also made to sure to fill any cracks or crevices left open by previous installers so there wouldn't be any air escaping. I would definitely recommend his company and services.

Excellent service, very professional and straight to the point . Easy Heating & Cooling came and found the problem in less than 10 minutes , they were in and out in 30 minutes or less . Living in Alabama... this is not the time of year to be without an... Air Condition.

The arrival time was on point. The technician was so courteous, personable and attentive to my issues.
To resolve the issues, videos were taken of the outside unit to show me what was causing the problem.
The issue was then promptly repaired and the technician waited patiently to make sure the air was working properly.
