Very satisfied with the service. Technician was courteous and professional. Showed up on time, and was great at his explanation of the problem , which he fixed. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable.

Couldn't get the thermostat to shut off no matter what. Didn't matter if it was running heat or AC. I called Patco and they came right out and had it working fast. He had the part I needed with him so there was no extra waiting around or down time. I like that. Will use them again.

My Heating Unit was click On and Off i Wasn't Sure what was going On ' i Called Patco Spoke with a Young lady " Great Customer Service by the Way She schedule me a Appointment For Service " A Service Technician Came Out he Also Gave a Courtesy Call in Route to Me to let me know he was on his Way ' He Detected the Problem and Gave me Some Options the Service call was Reasonable and he Also Gave me info Regarding my unit That I wasn't aware of (Emergency Heat ) in Case of Emergency Thanks Hank For Everything "" I would recommend Patco To My Family and friends "
