Patco AC Service

My AC developed a Freon leak in August, and my house temperature wouldn’t get below 78 degrees for two days. I googled AC services and chose Patco based on all the great reviews. The reviews were right! The technician was very professional and kind. He fixed my AC right up, and it was quick, affordable, and easy. They are not going to try and up sell you for something you don’t need; they are honest and respectable. I highly recommend Patco!

Patco is the only hvac company in Mobile County that I will do business with. They are extremely responsive and never overcharge. Johnny, one of their tech professionals, just left my house at 9 PM on the Sunday night of Labor Day Weekend and we will sleep comfortably tonight. Great company, filled with integrity.

On Saturday March 16, 2019 Patco removed and replaced my old A/C unit with a 5 Ton heat pump and Air handler unit.
The installers was very professional and respectful of our home. The installation was "Top Notch". I recommend these 3 installers Ryan, Joseph, Jeremy. You will be 100 percent satisfied with the quality of their work. I do recommend this company Patco.

Excellent service from Patco. The morning of 01/05/18 I called the office @ 9:30 to have a tech come and check my heat pump ( it was freezing over and the fan stopped working ). There was a tech at my home by 11:30 the same morning, he checked my unit and gave me options on how to fix it, I elected to replace the entire unit and by 2:30 the same day I had a new unit and I am so happy with it. Honestly if I could rate Patco with more stars I would. The techs were very courteous and respectful which I really appreciated. I will recommend Patco to everyone that I know. I will definitely use them in the future.

Thank you ..Thank you Patco...Today is 09/08/2020 , I called the office at 8:30 am this morning and the repair man ,Johnny, was at my house by 10am to install a new thermostat for me. Patco is a company that really values their customers and I appreciate them so much. Johnny was very polite and courteous and really took the time to explain how the new thermostat works. Thank you again so much for the attention you show your customers.

Johnathan and Kendrick arrived right on time and got to work. They were very friendly and professional. Their work was done quickly considering they were replacing our inside and outside units. They were also very knowledgeable and explained the operation of the new unit. My home was left spotless with no sign that they had ever been there. I would recommend this company and these workers to anyone. A great experience.

A couple minutes after calling, I received a call from my technician Johnny. He informed me he was nearby and had just finished another service call, and could be at my house in about 20 to 30 minutes. He arrived promptly, and after explaining the problem he got right to work and had it fixed fast. Johnny was skillful, efficient, prompt, and friendly. This is the second time I've used Patco and if (when) I need HVAC service again they will be who I contact.

My AC went out on a weekend and they came out quickly to get me up and cooling. Sidney diagnosed the problem quickly and “ patched” it until they could get a part ordered. Part came in days and completed the fix. I highly recommend them. The prices are reasonable and the employees are professional and honest. Sidney did a great job!

Mr Hank went above and beyond for me when my thermostat wasn't working as soon as I told him what was going on he knew the problem and a solution that let me know he knows his stuff. I will be calling Patco if my ac stops working again thank you again Mr Hank

Omg! This company rocks! My home was roasting. Johnnie was my AC technician aka..the best looking tech in Mobile LMBO was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and a fast worker! He did everything to make my family be happy and cool again on a Sunday! I called several 24hrs companies but Patco showed up an Johnnie got the job done! Although it certainly take money to fix these kinds of problems Johnnie really made my family not be worried about that being the onset of our conversation he was more caring about what he could do to help plus he offered other financial offers if needed! This technician was very professional so if you are ever in need of an AC repair please call Patco! They are great...
