Absolute Air

My ac unit started acting up over the weekend so I called Absolute Air Monday morning and they promptly sent out Mike, to inspect my system. He tried to repair the unit but it was 15yrs old and needing to be replaced. They quickly gave me an estimate for a replacement with great finance options. I chose to go the the Trane system and the next day Curtis and John Mark showed up to install. The entire staff was very friendly, courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend Absolute Air.

Our 14 year old Trane AC died a week ago. After getting a quote from a well known 5⭐️ company in Birmingham, I had sticker shock at the replacement cost for a unit that was not near the quality of a Trane and a downgrade compared to my current specs. A friend recommended Chris Kelley at Absolute Air. What a lifesaver. He arrived within two hours after my call. He quoted me an American Standard (maker of Trane) that significantly upgraded my current seer rating and added a variable speed versus single stage unit. His price cremated the previous company’s quote with a superior product and upgrade. Unit was installed less than 48 hours later. Excellent service techs that were polite and so helpful. I don’t think I have ever been so impressed with an HVAC company. Thank you Chris.

I called early this morning and had Chris out by the afternoon! He repaired our unit in a matter of minutes and was kind and courteous throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

When I purchased my house 10 years ago the unit was already installed by absolute air. I did my research and called them for a service on the unit. Now that the unit is getting older I'm trying to milk every year I can out of it. The house was not cooling so I called them and they came out today ...unit is in good shape. They cleaned the coils and checked everything out. Come to find out one of the branch ducts had come aloose and cool air was going under the house ....this was fixed and it's getting cooler now as I type. We keep the house cold like 65 degrees during the hot summer months. We work outside and it's always nice to come home to a cool house. Thanks to the tech that came out he was awesome.

These folks are like family, they work hard and helped me with my scheduling concerns. Office staff offered me a payment plan thru bank. There is no hesitation I would recommend they're five star service.

The service technician, Noah, was was very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained the problem, fixed it quickly and checked the whole system. He has an easy, pleasant personality.
