I've used Tri Counties in every house we've had since the 80s!!
Always excellent service, above and beyond. They don't do anything that you don't need, and they discuss in detail what you do need, and their estimates are spot on. I recommend them to everyone!!

After two years of helping me keep the old system running the time came for us to replace old Mr. Freeze our heat pump. At 13 years old there were too many problems including a leaking coil. So we got bids.
Tri Counties was $2000 less than the nearest other bid. We spoke on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning they came and by five we could put an ice rink in our house.
Great service, friendly techs, wonderful job. My WIFE IS HAPPY and that is a bonus for me.
We will continue to tell our friends about Tri Counties Heating and Air. Honest nice people, doing honest work.

I appreciate the work and pricing, but did not show up during the window they provided. Showed up 2 hours later with no explanation or apology. Doesn't provide a good experience for people who work or who have to put animals up before arrival.

With 45 minutes of calling, they had a technician on his way. He was friendly and helpful and able to fix our AC unit. Cheapest service fee in the area, will use them again!

Years ago we needed a new heating and air system, Tri County did an excellent job recommending the best size and type of system for our home. A few years ago a pump went out after several floods, they replaced it with no hassle and only charged for the very low cost service call. Today was the 2nd really warm day of the season (80ish degrees) our AC wasn’t cooling like it normally did. One call this morning, Tri County was here this afternoon and quickly found the wires a chipmunk or squirrel chewed through, again- quick service and a bill so reasonable (low?) I had to ask if it was correct!

I know these people very very well. These guys do very nice quality work and are some of the best people you'll ever deal with. Very nice and respectful and do amazing work. I highly recommend if you need anything done with your AC or heat these are the ones you want to do it.

For years I have used their services for repairs and equip replacement, but mostly in the summer when a drain would clog. I was charged an hourly rate of $75/hr and now increased to $85/hr, plus a diagnosis charge of $59.95, in addition to parts. Earlier this summer I called for a blocked drain when a unit wasn't running, my employees always log in and out any service people and he was there as normal for about one half hour. The exact same description of work was on this bill as the others in past years, but this time it was called preventative maintenance at $100 per HVAC unit for a total of $400, instead of the normal $134.95.
Wade wanted to argue about how business rates go up and of the amount of work it takes to service 4 units which he claims is 4 hours. So he said I was lying because he demanded that I had called in for preventative maintenance and said my employee is lying because the service tech couldn't have been there for only one half hour, it must have been 4 hours. I mentioned the charges in multiple previous invoices as a comparison, and he said I must have been undercharged for all of those and should be thankful. The service tech was great working with but I don't appreciate Wade's type of customer service where he said he hopes my HVAC stops working and costs me thousands to fix. I've switch to the person who has always worked on my home unit, he charges a flat hourly rate with no surprises and no diagnosis fees and has now taught me how to keep my drains unclogged myself. He also showed me what is done for preventative maintenance and except for checking the freon level it's easily done yourself and certainly doesn't take 4 hours.
When businesses have been hit so hard by Covid, I don't appreciate another business trying to take advantage of me with a money grab.

I HIGHLY recommend Tri Counties Heating & AC. Chris and Keith are a dynamic duo! They are super knowledgeable and professional. You can tell their goal is to properly fix any issue fast, but with care at an affordable price. Came out within 2-3 hours after I called. They gave us great advice, along with pros and cons of each option. This will be our new go to for any heating & ac needs. Yes, use Tri Counties Heating & AC!

Super Prompt and friendly service, Prices were much better that other quotes I had received. They worked very diligently, even one of the owners came out and was working to get our new system installed. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!
