I contacted mastercraft heat and air services to come fix my heat on December the 23rd. I talked to Micheal and he said he could be out in a hour. It was three hours later I had to call him back when I got off work. He was at my house when I arrived home. He replaced a strip on the unit to get the emergency heat to work until he ordered the part. He said it would be in the next day which was Christmas Eve. We called him Christmas Eve he said he had to call and check on the part. My husband stayed home all day that day waiting on him to call back or come to fix it. He never called back nor showed up to fix it. We have called him ever day after that and left a message for him to let us know something and he hasn’t called back and he will not respond back. This is very poor customer service. I suggest you not do business with this company. You will be charged $85.00 and still don’t have your heat fixed right. We will not call them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & RUDE! Just like many other Google reviews have mentioned, Michael is rude, lies about when they will come to your house, and he really doesn't seem to care bc he apparently has more business than he can handle with the summer heat. They are the most difficult HVAC company I have ever dealt with, ever!
They "no-showed" 3x and when I called he claimed he never talked to me, but upon telling him exactly when i talked to him each time before he then admitted they were just busy, and had no explanation for why they wouldn't just call and tell me they couldn't come when they scheduled. So inconsiderate.
We were forced to use them bc of a warranty contract, and he made the process drag out for 3 weeks with no regard for our well-being. Wasting customers' time and refusing to acknowledge mistakes is a recipe for zero repeat customers Michael.

We highly recommend Mastercraft. He was able to come on short notice and stayed late until the job was done. He fixed a busted water line under our house for a very good price and did an excellent job. We will definately be using Mastercraft again for any needs we have in the future!

Absolutely great experience! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure quality work. Very fair and reasonable company. Follows up to maintain customer satisfaction and even works overtime and on weekends to ensure quality work. My family and I are very thankful for Michael. He represents the company with class and respect , is very knowledgeable in repairing AC units, and is quick and provides a very thorough job. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

After having lived in our new home a little less than a year, this spring I wanted to have my AC serviced in preparation for the dog days of summer. The company that performed the service informed me of a leak in my AC coils ... Since my home was still under the Home Warranty which we had negotiated at closing, I contacted them in order to set up the service that I was told needed addressing. The warranty company had me contact Michael at Mastercraft. Michael was very prompt in his response to my request, came to my home & diagnosed the problem, & then proceeded to fix my AC issues in a professional manner. Come to find out, my AC coils weren't the issue & it was something much less costly !! Michael ALWAYS answered my calls & worked late into the night to ensure that my AC was working properly prior to leaving. I Highly recommend Michael at Mastercraft HVAC for his prompt & professional service !!

I've had issues for the last two weeks with my AC. My home warranty company sent two other companies out who did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. I didn't have high hopes after reading these reviews and dealing with 2 other incompetent companies, but I must say, Mastercraft surprised me. He was late by an hour, which is the ONLY reason I took one star off. The issue was a dirty condenser coils, which is not covered by the home warranty. He advised me of that, gave me his price to service it (very reasonable) and did it right then and there. He was professional and never rude. The air is working perfectly now and I am very thankful for his services!! I would definitely use him again!

Mastercraft Heating Cooling and Plumbing Company were very professional and I was very pleased with their service. They came out to my house on a Sunday Evening to repair my air conditioner. They went right to my unit and instantly analyzed the problem and repaired it in about 15 minutes because they already had the part available with them. I will be using them again to clean my unit this week and any time in the near future.

I was very impressed with Mike. He came after finishing another job which was probably his last for the day. He finished that job and came to my house as he said he would. It was late, after 9:00 pm but my air conditioning was not working. Temperatures were in the low 90's for the day. He could have scheduled for next day but came as soon as he could.
He was very professional ,courteous and thorough. He checked everything out and repaired my unit in a timely manner and I had air conditioning again . It was very late when he finished but I didn't care. My air conditioning was up and running I didn't have to wait til the next day. !!
I would recommend this company and Mike again to any of my neighbors and friends.

Michael was very responsive, informative, and did a great job fixing our furnace. If anything were to go wrong we would definitely use them again and would recommend to family & friends.
