Will definitely be using Polar Bear Services again! We called on a Saturday, and they were incredibly helpful. They are honest and knowledgable and saved us a lot of money with our issue. I highly recommend them!

I don't think you can ask for a more important characteristic from an owner and his team than unfailing personal integrity. Face it, if we had the genuine skills to do the job ourselves, we'd already be up on the roof. Instead, we look for the people who do have the critical experience, we lend our trust to them, and we hope for the best. Sadly, we often find out too late that they lacked the knowledge, or even worse, they abused our trust.

We've been using Polar Bear exclusively for the past seven years at a somewhat older facility that's absolutely chock-full of "character", and never once have they steered us wrong. They've no doubt saved us tons just by preventing us from spending when we gladly would have.

We have tried for over a year to get our ice machine repaired. I haven't been able to get anyone to come out. I called Polar Bear and had them out two days later. Our ice machine is back up and running. The technician was great very knowledged and kind. We greatly appreciate them coming out so fast and fixing our problem. Extremely happy we found this company.

We called Polar Bear Services to fix our office Ice Dispenser and water machine.. They were very responsive, on time and their were very professional and knowledgably about what they were doing.. The on site staff also keep me informed of each step and what to expect.. My initial call was with Julie. Julie was so kind and compassionate that I knew I was not going to call anyone else. I recommend Polar Bear Services for any of your needs.

I needed a new HVAC system and called Polar Bear. Let me tell you, I will never call anyone else! They are professional, punctual and communicate every step of the process. The 2 installers (Josh and Drew) were amazing! They were very punctul, polite, answered any questions I had and did not leave any trash behind. I spoke with Weston on the phone and he gave me multiple choices and was very clear and concise when he helped me decide. I also like doing business with a locally owned company and they definately are a family owned local business.

I work at the Huddle House in Sylacauga, Alabama. We were having an issue with our commerical gas grill in the form of it needing parts and service. The parts were put on, but we had another issue of getting the grill to relight. Joey came all the way down from a job he was doing in Chelsea to troubleshoot and fix the problem for us. He is the best technician hands down and provide wonderful customer service. I always look forward to seeing he come to our location.

I highly recommend Polar Bear Services. The technician who came to my home, Christian, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me and I really appreciate him for that. He gave excellent customer service!
