Hey; MasterCraft is the best. Michael showed up on time and fixed the problem in short order. It was a capacitor on our main level condenser. Michael is very experienced and it shows. You don't want a rookie working our your place. Michael is our main man from now on!

Excellent service! Came as scheduled as he was flexible to what worked for me. Inspected, cleaned and serviced two units to get ready for a home sale. I also had the gas fireplace serviced. Very professional and courteous. Affordable rates. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

BEWARE!!!!! By far the most unprofessional HVAC repair experience I've ever encountered - EVER!. Michael Welsch, the technician/owner, has zero customer service experience - a total jerk. He was also 3 hours late arriving for a scheduled appointment, never contacted me until I called and then failed to adequately explain his troubleshooting logic. I told the home warranty company to never recommend or send this incompetent person to my home again. If you read below, to help boost rating reviews, they even have family members posting to try to raise the score, further proof of a lack of integrity. Also, this company is on the list of Old Republic Home Warranty for AC repair. Use this as a front to get more business by telling customers their HVAC system does not meet building code or is improperly installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HVAC BUSINESS - NEVER!!!!!

I am a little shocked by these reviews I guess it goes to show you can't please everybody.......I too am from Old Republic warranty; the unit that Micheal worked on has already failed to be fixed by another company. Micheal is the first and only that took the time to find all the issues with my unit, he also responded quickly, and came on "off" hours so my baby can sleep her room again. THANK YOU MICHEAL for your help

Quick efficient service. My HVAC problem was diagnosed quickly and resolved within an hour to my complete satisfaction. This job was covered under a home warranty, but I wouldn't hesitate to call for regular service as well.

Michael was very professional and got the necessary items to fix my air conditioner. He worked well with my home warranty and I was able to get a new evaporator coil put in to help with the heat.

I have been confidently using MasterCraft for years now - for all of my Heating , Cooling and Plumbing problems. I have never been disappointed! Hard workers that stay on the job until it's done. I have recommended them to my family and friends who have been pleased as well.

Mike is very nice. He found the problem and fixed it. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary extra stuff and provided sound advice on what I need to do to improve some things! very very nice guy. I've seen some of these other reviews and I don't understand why some people have been so harsh. Mike is a small business owner and operator who is very professional.

We phoned our home warrenty just before lunch, we were directed to Mastercraft, had someone to our home by end of day. Very timely and efficient! Michael went above and beyond to make sure we had our needs met!
