I called Absolute Air Services for a second opinion, after being told by a different company that I needed to immediately replace my furnace. Joe, Absolute Air’s tech, assessed the situation and made a simple adjustment that got the furnace running safely, so I don’t have to rush into buying a new one. Joe was prompt, personable and informative. I’m very happy with the service I received.

A one-to-one ductless AC system was installed. It was a pleasure meeting again with Chuck Palmer to discuss this installation. Will & Carson did a great installation and were very professional. This is the 2nd ductless AC system that Absolute Air Services has installed in my home. I highly recommend them.

Absolute Air Services installed a new gas furnace and a heat pump in my home in the week of January 23nd. This was a large project for my little home. Every person I interacted with from Absolute Air Services, were wonderful to work with. Paul from sales, was so helpful in explaining in detail, what would work best in my home, to make my system energy efficient. Lori guided me through much of the paperwork and was extremely knowledgeable in answering all my questions. It had been raining every other day for the last 3 weeks, prior to beginning the job, and the day before they started, it rained about 3 inches. My sump pump was working overtime. Absolute Air sent Anthony and William to do the install, both men were much taller than my basement ceiling could comfortably accommodate. Both men were at my house for 3 full days. My basement is not a pleasant place on a good day, but with all the rain, my basement was more on the order of a visit to hell, while they were working down there. They worked under some very difficult conditions, as my basement was taking on water due to all the rain and about half of my basement is a crawl space. Much of my basement is dirt floors therefore, Anthony and William look a little like mud wrestlers when they emerged for the basement at the end of each of the 3 days. However, despite the grueling circumstances that they were subjected to, they both were incredibly competent, courteous, kind and very helpful professionals. From start to finish Josh and Anthony were very attentive. Job was performed on time and as described. Showed up on time and left my house looking like it did when they arrived. Very disappointed with my experience. I looked at several companies to get an initial quote from and decided to go with Absolute air as they had great reviews. Initial contact and scheduling for a quote was great. For our appointment they came out on the day schedule (although 25-30mins late but did let me know). Paul was extremely thorough during the appointment and took his time to explain everything in detail. This is where my disappointment comes in, I never received a quote or any follow up from the initial appointment.

Woke up to our smoke detectors going off due to smoke in our basement. The fire department arrived and said it was likely a furnace backfire and to have someone come out to service it ASAP. Absolute Air was able to send someone out that same day and was very upfront about the diagnostic charges, etc. Our technician (Joe) identified that the issue was related to a rusted and rotted reducer - he quoted me the price to go get the part right then and there, do the installation, then run further diagnostics to make sure everything was safe. The pricing was very transparent, and I never at any point felt like he was up selling me. Great, professional service - we will absolutely recommend this company and go thru them for our furnace needs going forward!
