I couldn't be happier with our Absolute experience! All of the employees we worked with from the main office staff to the techs and electrician that installed our heat pump and AC were friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend Absolute and will not hesitate to call them for all my future heating and cooling needs.

Time was taken to access the best system for our needs. The system is a oil burning/heat pump combo that makes the best of our solar. Josh was friendly knowledgeable and maintained Covid protocols. Dillon and Jason were hardworking, respectful of property, maintained protocols and did a great job. I definitely recommend the company.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Absolute Air Services. After numerous bad experiences with more than a couple of other HVAC companies, dealing with Absolute Air was amazingly easy and professional. Scheduling appointments, getting appointment reminders and great windows for the appointments was the easiest I ever experienced. Scott came right on time (at noon for a noon-2 window) and he was friendly and professional. He spent a good amount of time servicing the AC unit, so it wasn't like he was in and out like i've experienced with other companies. The technician was professional and his attention to detail was excellent and he cleaned the mini splits thoroughly and made sure the drains were cleaned I would recommend him to anyone who needs maintenance on their mini split system

We had a ducted Heat Pump system installed in an older home and are very satisfied with the work of Absolute Air Services. They were able to help us find a solution that qualifies us for the EnergizeCT loan and after a few months we are very happy with the system. The duct work is very well done and exactly what was described ahead of time.

We had an awesome experience in every way with Absolute. We did a full replacement of our heating and cooling system. Steve the owner devoted a lot of time (made two separate trips out) to educate us on our different options. We felt like part of the team in making the decision on which direction to go with the system. I learned so much from these meetings and as a result felt a lot more confident in deciding. He took the time to make sure I understood the pros and cons of each option. The quotes were comprehensive (incorporating heat load calculation technology) and the work was fairly priced (we received several estimates from other companies). Bonnie was very helpful and timely getting us scheduled and set up for financing. Josh V. and team were very courteous and professional during the install, working around my wife's daycare. They did clean work and educated my wife in how to operate everything. The system runs like a gem. Would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them for all our hvac needs moving forward.

After our initial contact Steve came out that very day. We had met with previous contractors and none of them took the time to explain things to us the way Steve did. The work was done the following week and the team provided top notch service: courteous, very communicative, and you’d never know they were here when they finished (besides our brand new equipment of course). Very happy with the service we received from start to finish!
