I had an excellent experience with Josh who came for Mitsubishi mini-split system annual maintenance. He explained the work he was performing throughout the visit and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very professional, attentive and friendly. Office staff I've communicated so far are equally very pleasant (Bonnie, Elizabeth and Abby), I find Absolute Air Services a great company with amazing employees.

Josh, Kyle, Joey and the Absolute Air team were absolutely wonderful to work with! I was very hesitant about the ductless system and the appearance of the wall units. They helped us to put them in the most efficient and discreet places and they really aren't as noticeable as I expected. They were incredibly responsive and helpful when we wanted the outdoor unit moved, after they had installed it! (Yes, we were those people). They helped us troubleshoot and were understanding, professional and more than willing to make adjustments so that we were happy. The Electrician they worked with was also outstanding (Mangiafico Electric) - returning late on a Friday afternoon to make the electric work with the move of the outdoor unit!
They worked clean - vacuuming and cleaning up after each days work. Overall, Josh, Kyle and Joey were very professional, polite and easy to work with! I would HIGHLY recommend AbsoluteAir :-)

Installed new Mitsubishi H2i split system heat pumps - 3 zones. Team was great - professional, trustworthy, reliable and went the extra mile to be sure we were set up before this big heatwave.

We have used absolute air services for the past few years for our air conditioning servicing but had a service plan through our oil company we were not happy with. Our fall furnace service with Corey was great and our furnace is running the smoothest it has been since we moved in. We also recently worked with Kevin to design and install smart thermostats, he displayed ingenuity to make things work to meet our systems needs and was great at explaining everything he was doing and how to best operate the system. Each representative of Absolute air services has been friendly, thoughtful, communicative and intelligent and it really speaks to the company culture. We have been extremely satisfied with Absolute!

Our central air conditioner died in the middle of a heat wave and made life pretty uncomfortable. Thanks to Absolute Air Services, we got our furnace and air conditioner replaced in record time, considering how difficult it was to even get a system to replace ours. They were on time, and did excellent work; even saved our beautiful bushes behind which the old unit was installed, by carefully clearing a way and removing the unit without causing damage. I have used their services for many years and highly recommend this company!

Absolute Air replaced our central air and duct work. The team was professional, courteous and skilled in their trade. They did the job right and we are happy with the work they did. The job took 3 full days and they cleaned up every day they were here. We highly recommend this company. Dave, Josh C. and Nelson were the techs and they did a great job.

We had a fabulous experience with Absolute Air replacing our ductless mini-split! Right from the beginning with Chuck coming out to evaluate and provide the estimate, to ALL of the office personnel, and finally, to Nelson, the installer, all went above and beyond. The professionalism and quality of the job was A-1. We could not have been happier with our choice of providers, and we checked with several. We will continue to look to Absolute Air for our servicing on this unit. Highly recommend them.

I am totally impressed with Absolute Air. From their office staff, (Bonnie and Christine) to the crew that installed my new furnace systems in my home and my garage loft to the guys who service my system every six months... what an amazing group of people to work with. A professional, knowledgeable, and hard working team of people who say what they do and do what they say. I had a huge job done at my house and they managed to keep everything clean too! They arrive on time. They don't leave until they're done. I cannot say enough about this company. The owners, Steve and Bonnie, are awesome, upbeat people- I just loved my entire experience from start to finish. What's even better is that my new systems are fantastic. What a difference- and I've already had a chance to test them out with the polar vortex we are experiencing right now. Thank you Absolute Air!

Wonderful company to work with. Every technician that they have sent out has been top notch. They were the only company to get back to us when we had a no heat situation this past winter. They had a technician out to us the same day and got us up and running. Because the tech & the entire company was great to deal with, we have since used them to get our AC properly functioning which no other company has been able to do for us in the past (thank you Paul for actually taking the time to assess the entire system and recommend a course of action that has worked!)

Great responsive service from Absolute Air Services when we had to replace our central air conditioner (after 28 years). Talked to four different contractors, but was most impressed with their knowledge and customer service.
Went with a high efficiency Bosch heat pump for air conditioning and gave a back-up heating source.
Installation was on time, professional, clean and high quality.

Highly recommend this company for HVAC services.
