The team at Absolute Air Services is very knowledgeable and responsive. They installed a high efficiency Bosch system, and I’m very happy with my energy savings. Anthony did a great job with the install, answered all my questions, and addressed any concerns I had. I would recommend this team!

I just had a Ductless heating and A/C system installed and everything went very smoothly, quickly and professionally.

We went with Absolute Air for our cool/ heat split system this spring - sorry for the tardy review - on the recommendation of their in- home system designer Paul who spec'd out a efficient , properly sized system for our two story lakehouse. It was over our budget but it was so the right decision to efficiently & quietly cool / heat our home. 👍
Paul and Lori the office mgr- who wears many hats btw ! and even Steve the owner all stepped in to keep our project on schedule, on budget & avoid some supply chain issues that came up along the way.
The late May install took 3 full days & was extensive but the techs Jason & Dillion esp ! were awesome ! They were professional, courteous, worked clean and explained things as job progressed & always got my input. 👍
System was up & running by 1st heat wave & has worked great since.
I would be remiss if I didn't special mention Lori for her help in getting our CT/ Eversource rebate application filled out correctly & timely processed.Something other companies won't help with btw..

Absolute Air did a fantastic job on our installation of a Bosch boiler and propane conversion. The technicians were respectful, meticulous, and knowledgeable and during the 3 day installation, they worked seemingly non stop. They took great care to protect our carpets, floors, and property and also were considerate of noise levels and keeping us informed on how the project was progressing. The staff at Absolute Air handled all aspects of the project making it as smooth as possible for us as the homeowners.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and hard working abilities of the three men who installed our air conditioning system. They were respectful, courteous, friendly and you wouldn't even know they were In the house. I felt very safe with them in my home. Kevin Kelly, Kris Miller and Jason Fongemie really went above and beyond and made this a wonderful experience for our house in North Haven, CT. I would highly recommend this company. These men are assets to Absolute Air Services. I am using them again for heat pumps before Winter this year.

The company installed a new ductless mini-split system. Their quote was well below that of another HVAC company and we were very happy with the communication we had with the company - we were never left guessing or wondering what the next step was like we did with our previous company. The installation team did a great job, were very professional, and finished the job quicker than we expected.

Absolute Air services were exceptional in every way. First, they took the time (and had the expertise) to identify and solve a major HVAC problem in my home. They were meticulous about the work needed to fix the problem, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Throughout, they gave me the impression that they were committed and capable. Great people...all of them. It was a big project, and they did an extraordinary job.

Everyone did a great fast replacement of my HVAC system. Both the installation crew and electricians were great. They did a clean and very professional job.
I have used Paul in the past and as always he came through for me. Paul listened to what I wanted the unit to do, and he gave me options. I now have a system with a heat pump that will save me more money over the life of the unit. He gave me what I felt was a fair quote.
Absolute Air was able to do the installation while I was on vacation. This will allow me to have the unit ready to run for this summer.
