Installed 2 18SEER Bosch inverter AC units(June 2023). I was pretty thorough in the selection process even after using them for the Mitsubishi Inverter ductless I had installed two years ago. They were patient and responsive during the due diligence and once I decided, they were quick to schedule the install. They arrived as promised, On time and were respectful and professional. I had 2 crews, one for the downstairs unit(3 ton) and one for the upstairs unit(2.5 ton), and a supervisor was on site the entire time. Workmanship was excellent and the install was completed in less than one day. Several difficulties were encountered and they resolved the issues, working closely with the supervisor. Once they powered up the units, the house cooled very quickly - I have purposely waited a bit to do this review to make sure there were no problems: I am glad to say that so far everything is working as expected. It appeared that the supervisor worked as a trainer, a resource, and more importantly as a customer advocate - they seemed to be focused on doing high quality work and doing it well. I shall use them again. Oh! these units have a 10 year parts and labor warranty (for a little bit more$) but I wanted the peace of mind.

Alabama Climate Control is my new go-to heating and air group! I called one afternoon with a non-functioning AC and they had technicians out the next morning. Nori in the office is so friendly and professional, she treated me like family. The technicians were very polite and took time to explain the issue as well as offer up different solutions. They didn’t try to push any extra services or expensive solutions but did go over the pros and cons of each option in detail. I highly recommend this company!

Alabama Climate Control, Inc installed two new systems (HVAC), one for upstairs and one for downstairs for my family. They also do yearly Maintenance. Very reliable and trust worthy company. Have had no problems. Very pleased and highly recommend their services.

Alabama Climate Control is the best!!! They installed our new HVAC system several years ago. We have our yearly check up with them. We have not had any issues with our system. So nice to not have to worry about it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I have been having problems with my HVAC unit over the past several years which the "other guys" couldn't get fixed. ACC came to my house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it first time. These guys know their job and are very good at what they do. Very professional and friendly. Showed up when they said they were going to and did what they said needed to be done. Will definitely use again.

I have an oldish furnace (> 20 years), so parts in it are beginning to fail. I called them to repair a faulty valve and control board last fall. They came the next day and effected repairs with replacement parts that same day. The blower motor went out on my furnace in January - a big concern in the winter time. They were able to make it out to my house that day and diagnose the problem, and they came back the next day with a replacement motor and control board and had it back working. They even offered to loan me some space heaters if I needed them to tide me over for the night. Their service is prompt and efficient (they don't keep you waiting unnecessarily), their advice is good, and the price is fair. No complaints. I recommend them.

Great service and employees. We purchase our new HVAC systems from ACC also we purchase their bi-annual preventive maintenance. They always do a great job for us.

We always receive prompt response and great service from the Alabama Climate Control (ACC) team! We’ve used them for service and repair on our old system for over 20 years and recently had a new Heat Pump installed by ACC. Installation was completed in a day and only 2 days from first contact about our current system failure. New system looks and runs great - they took great care of our house during install!
